I like this mince dish as an alternative. I use beef, not lamb and roast courgettes instead of the jarred aubergines. So it’s very much not moussaka but a quick, tasty dish in its own right. I serve with garlic bread and salad.

Lasagne, cottage pie, home made burgers, tacos.

Definitely do lasagne! I’m going to do that today. There is a Jamie Oliver recipe which is easy (although expensive), as he uses mascarpone rather than white sauce. Very tasty though

Cajun dirty rice- it's a pinch of nom recipe and it's really nice

Meatloaf? My husband makes an amazing one.

Bobotie. It's a South African dish, a bit like Mousaka but the meat is spiced with curry paste etc. Recipe here

Definitely try bobotie! Sadly we can't have it often as it's heavy on sugars and DP is type 2 diabetic so has to have something else, but I adore it!

Mince stew and dumplings. Meatballs. Tacos. Stuffed peppers. Cottage pie. My friend makes wraps with hers using a taco/fajitas seasoning and salad etc. Quite nice!

Have a look at Gousto cookbook online. They use loads of mince! I don't think they have a categorisation for it though, but if you type into Google 'Gousto cookbook mince' (or beef mince) you'll get loads of results. It's totally changed the way I cook with mince.
