Is there already a thread about the instamum dramas involving MoD today?

How do you all find the time in the day to keep up with this utter shit? Literally?

My commutes are really long and boring.
My baby doesn’t sleep.
I work long hard shifts of 12-16 hour days and sometimes I need to lay on the sofa and look at photos of rich people in their expensive houses.

Meh.

How do you find time to keep up with moaning about people keeping up with this stuff? Literally?

MarshaBradyo · 07/11/2019 16:33

It’s really not hard to know what’s going on, i don’t post on tattle or follow MoD but know who she is from on here. A look at this thread and it’s obvious what’s happened. No more time spent than a pointless parking thread.

MarshaBradyo · 07/11/2019 16:34

Yes I agree with that all that fakery for anyone means that somewhere like tattle is just an outlet, rather than any indication of a bad life. Although being on IG like that isn’t good for you usually.

Different social media really promotes different behaviours and IG means you have to be overly nice, or incur the wrath of the vicious - see any follower going nuts.

I genuinely will never understand why someone so clearly thin skinned would put themselves out there, knowing that they can’t deal with the negatives. As for not protecting your own children, it blows my mind.

That said, as a mere onlooker, it’s fantastic entertainment. Grin

AlbertWinestein · 07/11/2019 16:40

Also, I’d never even heard of Tattle before today. Is that like the UK version of Gomi (which really is the most poisonous site)?

LoveNote · 07/11/2019 16:41

She needs to disappear now

Posting all that shite, probably some of it in nhs time too

HowlsMovingBungalow · 07/11/2019 16:42

Greed is behind the instabollocks.

Let's see how it backfires when their children grow up and realise that their whole childhoods were publicly recorded and aired for the world to see.

I wonder if that kitchen/holiday/shitnaks for the insta home would've been worth it?

lioness88 · 07/11/2019 16:44

@JoshuaTrees I swear I remember Clemmie doing one of her birth stories podcasts with Candice not long ago? Fkin awkward!!! Wonder if Candice will acknowledge this.

SauceForTheGander · 07/11/2019 16:45

It's all so weird. To seek out negativity on a forum when you've got 600k followers all regularly telling you you're the best and you're wonderful is some weird emotional self harm. She clearly wasn't happy or maybe subconsciously wanted to blow the whole thing up. I don't know - pretty miserable existence spending your life online - either for money and likes or to read what people don't like about you.

PeterRouseTheFleshofMankind · 07/11/2019 16:57

Wow, just seen her stories, so it's all true! Unbelievable!

She won't be able to come back from this now will she? It's kind of disturbing behaviour tbh....

Was she on here then as someone else (I remember her being on here as herself because of 'wanker gate')?

But I remember someone saying some really terrible things on here about Cash Carraway and I'll be honest at the time I thought it was Cash herself doing it so that she could go back over to her Insta and talk about how bullied she was being. The comments were really quite vile and were largely deleted I think, they were so bad that I thought it must be someone with an agenda if you know what I mean?

Now I'm wondering...!

OkayGo · 07/11/2019 17:05

Absolutely cringe!!

happilybemused · 07/11/2019 17:08

I I'm not surprised as ultimately they are all in competition with each other for likes/ endorsements/ followers.

I don't follow any of these mums but I do follow a few mum fashion influencers and I'm always a bit sceptical of their support of each other.

DarkDarkNight · 07/11/2019 17:10

PeterRouse very cynical move to put it on Stories though. It will disappear and the majority of her followers will be non the wiser.

Legomadx2 · 07/11/2019 17:12

I am just loving that Tattle, which is pretty much universally hated by the instahuns, has been the absolute undoing of their queen bee and exposed what a shallow, bitchy little bubble they all exist in. It's exquisite irony.

This, in spades!

HowlsMovingBungalow · 07/11/2019 17:13

Grazia reported about her 'apology'.

PeterRouseTheFleshofMankind · 07/11/2019 17:23

The relative radio silence on this is strange.

Her last Instagram post still appears to be open for comments and I can't see one comment about this?

I don't follow many Instamums but there now doesn't seem to be much talk about it, even amongst slightly smaller ones. Even amongst the ones who normally love a drama when someone 'isn't being kind'.

I guess everyone is treading carefully... I'm sure plenty is being said behind the scenes though. Still can't believe she has admitted it tbh!

pelirocco123 · 07/11/2019 17:26

The ministry of defence got involved?? Has the world gone mad?

Post of the week , love it

Stroller15 · 07/11/2019 17:41

This whole drama annoys me so much. I think it's because they are always going on about women supporting women quite smugly and going out all guns blazing against any percieved threat of bullying. So hypocritical. There hasn't been many posts from the big IG mums today so maybe they're still figuring out what to do. At most, unfollowing took place. I do hope something more than a temporary IG story is required, she said terrible things about supposed friends.

DarkDarkNight · 07/11/2019 17:49

Do we think it will be business as usual after a bit of radio silence?

It was for Mrs Meldrum and the whole undeclared Disneyland Paris trip. Most of the followers end up sticking up for her and calling people bullies when she had completely pulled the wool over their eyes.

Screamqueenz · 07/11/2019 17:54

Dammit I did this thread completely wrong.
I didn't know who MOD was, and I don't spend time on insta, instead of googling I should have just acted all superior and berated you all for being shallow.
Off to hang my head in shame.......

OopsUditAgain · 07/11/2019 17:55

It's going to be difficult to keep a lid on it now it is in the Daily Mail.

Wonder how her PR team will deal with this now?

I think it is hard for her to claim she was just going incognito in the threads when she was the one that initiated comments about other people that weren't being discussed and often went much further in her criticism than other people posting at the time.

I do feel desperately sorry for her kids, especially the older girls.

BanKittenHeels · 07/11/2019 18:04

It’s in the DM? Yikes.

Winterfellismyhome · 07/11/2019 18:20

Its also the top google trend

jamoncrumpets · 07/11/2019 18:24

This is what happens, Icarus, when you fly too close to the sun.
