How much chocolate do you eat in one sitting?

Just curious really. I’ve no problem finishing off a 100g bar. And no real issue with a 200g bar if I’m honest! Just wondering how gluttonous I am! (Obviously I am Blush)

Jaffacakebeast · 25/09/2019 20:47

Until it’s all gone :/ I can easily have a box of celebrations or roses

Gustavo1 · 25/09/2019 20:49

All of it, any type, any size! I’m a real chocolate gannet Blush

yellowallpaper · 25/09/2019 21:00

About 4 squares.

PotatoesPastaAndBread · 25/09/2019 21:00

All of it. Whatever it is, i can't stop when I've started 😂

GeorgiaGirl52 · 25/09/2019 21:01

Every piece I can find!

Teddybear45 · 25/09/2019 21:02

3 pieces is my max usually.

SapphireSeptember · 25/09/2019 21:02

100g easy. If Hotel Chocolat or Montezuma's did bigger bars I'm sure I'd manage those as well. Grin

Quaffy · 25/09/2019 21:04

Shit loads.

I’ll never forget a pregnant woman telling me that being pregnant had turned her into a “total pig”, and she was having two creme eggs a day, could I believe it. Well yes, I thought 3 creme eggs was a standard portion.

Leftielefterson · 25/09/2019 21:04

I’m not a massive lover of chocolate, cake is another matter but a few squares is all I really like before it makes me feel a bit sick. I could smash a cake mind!

OhJustElfOff · 25/09/2019 21:07

Several small bars or one family sized before I feel sick. Can easily demolish a full box of Lindt ball - preferably the strawberry ones

Douberry · 25/09/2019 21:07

Sometimes all of it but my teeth hurt just thinking about it.

Crisps though. I can eat them all up no problem. Grin

Tippety · 25/09/2019 21:09

A big bar, or a share bag, if it's a multipack quite a few. I used to do it everyday, but now I've lost weight I don't ever buy it, as the enjoyment I get from it at the time isn't worth ruining all of the hard work. If I have it in the house though I will just eat it all!

AgeLikeWine · 25/09/2019 21:09

I find milk chocolate quite sickly, so I prefer dark chocolate and I will normally just have a few squares at a time with a cup of strong tea.

Nuts, cheese, crisps or olives get demolished, especially when accompanying delicious beer.

BelindaBlinkingBlumenthall · 25/09/2019 21:20

Oh god ... this is why ended I up totally addicted to sugar!

I could eat a pack of 4 Creme eggs half an airport Toblerone or a couple of grab bags without a second thought!

I gave up a few years ago and don't miss it.

The one square of 'good dark chocolate' are very noble but the type of people I avoid!!

Beautiful3 · 25/09/2019 21:24

I genuinely dont bother eating chocolate unless its 2 days before my period!! Like today, I skipped breakfast for 2 hot chocolates and tea was swapped for two chocolate tea cakes, chocolate covered raisins and a bowl of icecream and nutella 🙄

Nuttyaboutnutella · 25/09/2019 21:30

About 2 squares of dark chocolate. Only because it's quite rich. Before I switched to dark, I could easily polish off a large bar of chocolate. It's when I demolished an Easter egg in one sitting and realised that it didn't taste of anything and I didn't enjoy it, that I switched to the dark side Grin

Frlrlrubert · 25/09/2019 21:34

All of it.

Otherwise DH will find it and then it will be gone.

I try not to buy big bars because they just get inhaled in this house.

Walnutwhipster · 25/09/2019 21:40

I have to eat everything high calorie, high fat. There's always a big bowl of different chocolates by my bed to tempt me. It sounds blissful to friends but I can only manage a couple of squares at a time or a biscuit.

BruceAndNosh · 25/09/2019 21:41

How much have you got?
I'll eat it anyway

CakeNinja · 25/09/2019 21:42

Similar to a pp, not really any until my period comes along and then it’s all of it for a couple of days - it seems to tide me over Grin
I have PCOS so periods are actually quite rare for me but my god my craving for chocolate when it does deign to arrive knows no bounds - a whole one of those Tony Chocoloney bars can be demolished in half an hour followed by something else after dinner. If dinner is just chocolate!!
I don’t really buy it otherwise.

ILikeyourHairyHands · 25/09/2019 21:49

Not much, I enjoy it with a cup of tea, but a line from a standard bar usually does the trick. Haven't got much of a sweet tooth.

Crisps though...

soggypizza · 25/09/2019 21:56

I gave up chocolate about 3 years ago - I could have easily eaten 200g and did too often - I don't really enjoy the taste so much anymore, thankfully!

Maseandmum · 25/09/2019 21:57

All of it

Chickenwing · 25/09/2019 22:01

Cant wait for Easter! 2 giant eggs and 4 bars of dairy milk for breakfast please Grin
