Does anyone have anything good to say about Tui?

Wanting to book a Florida holiday for 2020 and the Tui package deals are coming up very reasonably priced. They have direct flights to Sanford which is appealing since many of the affordable flights to Orlando Int are indirect.

The trustpilot reviews for Tui are pretty bad though, has anyone used Tui recently and had a positive experience?

We have booked with them a couple of times and both times flight times where changed last minute and our return flights home were delayed by around 2 hours which wasnt fun when it was meant to leave at midnight anyway. Hence why we tried thomas cook this year, which has gone horrendously wrong lol.

But apart from that absolutely no problems

I would guess the bad reviews are from when they've outsourced.
