I love these threads Grin

B - salted caramel & almond butter porridge (you just add hot water - delicious! Had that with milky sugary tea & a banana

S - twister lolly (at 10am Blush) and some wholegrain crackers with hummus

L - 2 rounds of wholemeal toast with strawberry jam & peanut butter - more tea (even though its boiling hot)

S - cherries (from tesco which are so juicy & sweet atm) pickled onion monster munch, some honey roasted cashews (almost half a big bag Blush) I like snacking while ready Grin

D - vegetable soup & sliced crusty soft bread with lurpak butter - yum

Now sat waiting on OH putting on a film with my 3rd glass of west coast cooler

I've had:
One boiled egg
Salad of lettuce, tomato, cucumber, mushrooms, chicken tikka and mayonnaise.
Packet of Quavers
Six breadsticks
Half a chocolate dessert thing
A rocket ice lolly
A biscuit
A bowl of mushrooms and tomato with mayonnaise
Quite a lot of fruit gums
About 10 cups of tea/coffee

B: toast with peanut butter and sliced banana, raspberry yoghurt, nectarine
L: salad, ryvita, grapes, raspberries
S: satsuma
So far so fairly healthy. Then we went to a street food market for dinner. DH and I shared a cheese steak, mac & cheese and fries from a soul food stall then I had an amazing "brownie lasagne" for pudding - layers of brownie and cheesecake with chocolate sauce and cream.

Breakfast - 1 weetabix with semi skimmed milk & half tsp sugar, cup of tea with milk (no sugar) and glass of fresh orange juice.
Snack - choc chip cereal bar
Lunch - chicken sandwich, small bag of Aldi wotsits and an Aldi raspberry double choc ice cream (like a magnum but smaller)
Tea - Hunters chicken, baked beans & home made potato wedges then a bowl of fresh strawberries with a little sugar.
Evening Snack - small bar dairy milk and 2 maoam strawberry chews
Am going to have to be stricter with myself as we go away in a few weeks. Try as I might I cannot cut the sweetie addiction - I just luvs sweets too much 😁.

B- exotic fruit granola (it has a few bits of mango & coconut in it!)

L- spicy sushi roll and bar of dairy darkmilk

D- Greek salad and some lemon cake

No snacks today as couldn't be bothered chopping up the massive watermelon.

Several cups of coffee & tea

Three mini salmon, rocket and creme fraiche wraps
Bag of crisps
Greek yogurt and banana

It’s too hot to eat, I really go off food, drank a lot of water

B brown sandwich thin with light philly and tomato
L wholemeal bagel thin with tuna, light mayo and cucumber, packet of hoola hoops puft
D 3 fish Fingers with homemade oven chips, bottle of white wine.

L: pasta with pesto and salmon
Just now: handful of strawberries
Dinner will be turkey and feta burgers with salad
Have a lemon cheesecake for tonight

Box of M&S no sugar butterscotch sweets
Can of Diet Coke

I'm not very healthy or structured with weekend eating.

B - Fat free Greek yogurt and a small nectarine and a plum

L - soup with flat bread, small piece of cake, 1 Jaffa cake

S - two small bowls of Bombay mix

D - probs Italian style chicken in sauce, will lay off the carbs

Breakfast - Toast with peanut butter and a coffee. Possibly a small glass of juice but I can’t remember!
Brunch (post-2km sea swim) - Fried egg, sausage, two hash browns, fried mushrooms, baked beans and another slice of toast! With a small glass of orange juice and a glass of squash.
Snacks (during 80km bike ride) - about a third of a bag of haribo milkshakes, and another third of a bag of fizzy cherries, plus a lucozade sport and a litre and a half of water. (Works out as about 20g of carbohydrate every 20 minutes.)
Dinner - Two quorn sausages (the low fat kind, not that it makes much difference today 😂), one and a half vegetable burgers, peas, and oven chips. I had a malted milk afterwards.

I have a small bar of galaxy in the fridge that I’m definitely eating once the baby is in bed and the Tour de France is on and I don’t even feel guilty. Probably should have eaten a bit more veg today but my diet is usually pretty good and on decent training days you just get in what you can!

B- Melon and peach,
L- Tuna Baguette and Hula hoops.
D- Saveloy and chips.

For me, this is quite restrained 🙈🙈 there's usually a few treats in there too, but I'm in the throws of 'morning' all damn day sickness and nothing is appetising.

Loads of you on here eat so well, I need to take note! 😂

Really not much to eat left now as still not been paid. However, I did find a packet of polenta, a tin of red beans and some coconut milk so for breakfast and lunch I have had beans in spicy coconut sauce with polenta. Not sure I want the same thing tonight but I have some itsu miso soup sachets I could have. Sadly no bread, eggs, milk, cheese. Might be able to find a tin of fish if I look hard.

Porridge skimmed milk and sugar, 2 slices of fruit bread and soya yogurt, tunnocks, 2 g&ts, vegi burger in bun with salad, buttons choc pot. Crap on f&v today!

B: homemade waffles with banana, strawberries and maple syrup
L: tuna and spring onion omelette
D: will be homemade pizza (I'm having black olives, artichokes, rocket and mozzarella on mine)

Also have some meringue nests with ice cream and strawberries for later

B - croissant and strawberries with a coffee

L - we went to an all you can eat Chinese (very rarely go) and I had two small plates of the various things on offer.

D - will be a cheese and tomato toastie and salad if I feel hungry.

Have also had another coffee and will have a bottle of beer this evening at pub quiz night.

Not fantastic but 🤷🏽‍♀️
