I love these threads Grin

B - salted caramel & almond butter porridge (you just add hot water - delicious! Had that with milky sugary tea & a banana

S - twister lolly (at 10am Blush) and some wholegrain crackers with hummus

L - 2 rounds of wholemeal toast with strawberry jam & peanut butter - more tea (even though its boiling hot)

S - cherries (from tesco which are so juicy & sweet atm) pickled onion monster munch, some honey roasted cashews (almost half a big bag Blush) I like snacking while ready Grin

D - vegetable soup & sliced crusty soft bread with lurpak butter - yum

Now sat waiting on OH putting on a film with my 3rd glass of west coast cooler

B-slice of choc chip brioche with a coffee
L-slice of lemon cake wit a cup of tea
D-roast beef, Yorkshire pudding,roast potatoes,mash,parsnips,carrots and broccoli
Apple pie and ice cream
Tea and a slice of lemon cake.

D - pork mince ragu smothered in
cheddar and mixed with half a

S - 1 tbsp Greek yog mixed with

Snacks: banana, small oat chocolate cookie, peach, square of dark chocolate

B: granola and oat milk.
S: a banana.
L: a cheese and coleslaw sandwich on 2 slices of tiger bread, low-fat peach yogurt, ready salted crisps and a pear.
D: scrambled eggs (2) on 2 slices of tiger bread toast. Yum!
About a quarter of a big bar of Cadburys dark milk and almond chocolate.
Drinks: 5 cups of Earl Grey tea throughout the day, each with milk and 1 demerara sugar.

M&S low fat bacon crisps
Salad box: chicken tikka, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, mushrooms and mayonnaise.
Half a chunky KitKat
Two breadsticks
Three wine gums
Half a packet of potato wedges with lettuce and tomato
A plum
Lots more tea

Breakfast - chunky kitkat 🤣
Lunch - jacket potato, cottage cheese spinach and tomato
Dinner - peri peri flavoured chicken, sweet potato chips , yellow pepper, spicy rice.
Snacks- 2 Oreo cookies, rice pudding with cinnamon .

I am still hungry so having a bread roll with some of the left over chicken

OP, your food and your day sounds lovely.
Mine was extremely stressful, on the go since 5am and too stressed/ busy to eat.
So...
1 bite of weetabix
A pre-packed pasta salad wolfed down in the car
Sad
Too tired to eat now

D: bean burger and homemade wedges, spinach and asparagus

S: nectarine, 2 boiled eggs. Handful of hippea crisps

About to have a hot chocolate I think
Feel like everyone else's is much more exciting!

Low calorie diet 1200 so lots of eating little but often

1 babybel
5 melba thins with chive Philadelphia light,cucumber and raw carrot
1 nectarine
4 quorn nuggets
2 spicy chicken strips,new potatoes and salad
1 30g bowl of rice krispies

T: toast, one with egg, the other will beans + cheese

Probably have another piece of fruit shortly and some dark chocolate

B gluten free honey flakes (the kids’ cereal but I’d ran out of mine!) with soya milk
L brown rice, quinoa, pine nuts and a weird peanutty vegan thing
Snack avocado on a piece of brown toast
D veggie burger oven baked with a bread roll and salad

Snacks - tons of blueberries and a banana

Basically I’ve eaten too much but it was all lovely!

Overnight oats, flapjack, sausage roll from Warrens, tuna pasta salad for dinner with tomatoes, olives, red onion and pepper. Crisps and maltesers. Sound bad written down!

B: Aldi version of Shreddies and oat milk. Followed by a latte from Greggs with 2 sachets of demerara sugar.
Snack: banana and cup of Earl Grey tea with milk and 1 demerara sugar.
L: wholemeal pitta with peri-peri houmous, rocket and cherry tomatoes, a nectarine and a low-fat peach yogurt. Followed by a cup of Earl Grey tea, as before.
Snack: small bag of nuts and seeds. The type you get by the till in the supermarket.
D: a quarter of a Mediterranean vegetable quiche, oven chips and salad. Small glass of apple juice.
Followed by a cup of Earl Grey tea, as before, and 3 squares of chocolate.

L - salad with spicy tuna, a hard boiled egg, couscous, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, pickled cabbage and a small bit of malt loaf after
Snacks - apple and peanut cereal bar, watermelon and 2x cups of tea
D - will be homemade chicken and sweetcorn pizza.

Will also have a glass of wine or two this evening.

Lunch: vegan sausage roll from Greggs and a nectarine.
Snack: caramel custard doughnut from Greggs and a cup of Earl Grey, as before.
Dinner: 4 falafel in a wholemeal pitta with houmous, half a sachet of vegetable rice (the frozen type), salad and a few olives, with a small glass of apple juice.
1 pre-mixed can of gin and tonic with lemon.

D: 2x beef koftas, rice, salad, olives
Also had a small oat chocolate cookie thing, and am having a small glass of white wine and a lemon cheesecake dessert later.

Large sushi lunch (pictures but shared with DD)
