I love these threads Grin

B - salted caramel & almond butter porridge (you just add hot water - delicious! Had that with milky sugary tea & a banana

S - twister lolly (at 10am Blush) and some wholegrain crackers with hummus

L - 2 rounds of wholemeal toast with strawberry jam & peanut butter - more tea (even though its boiling hot)

S - cherries (from tesco which are so juicy & sweet atm) pickled onion monster munch, some honey roasted cashews (almost half a big bag Blush) I like snacking while ready Grin

D - vegetable soup & sliced crusty soft bread with lurpak butter - yum

Now sat waiting on OH putting on a film with my 3rd glass of west coast cooler

2 cups of tea
Brunch
one and a half veggie sausages, scrambled egg,beans and slice of wholemeal toast
Cup of coffee
Snacks
5 almonds, small piece of cheese
Cup of tea
Dinner
Will be homemade beef and red wine pie with veg( not a favourite but Dh is making it and it's his fav)
Starving at the moments don't I need to drink some water!

Chicken and bacon sandwich. Some quavers stolen from a toddler.

Mini cheddars and cheese.

Not decided on dinner yet. There will be wine though.

B- 1/2 banana (the dog had the other half, it was a bit too mushy)
L - 1/3 pack of spinach and ricotta tortellini leftover from earlier in the week.
S - 2 oranges
D - going to the pub so maybe gammon and chips. Going to drive so I don’t have a drink after drinking 1600kals of alcohol according to my fitness pal yesterday Shock

Brunch - a bagel with eggs & cold cured meats

Early dinner - DH’s spicy fried chicken with potato wedges & a big spinach, tomato & avocado salad. Delish.

Whole grain rice cakes with cottage cheese, watercress, cucumber, tomato. Glass of water

B 3 crumpets and a brew.

L a ham toastie, packet of cheese and onion walkers, a penguin and a brew.

Dinner will be roast chicken, cheesey mash, peas and broccoli. Maybe with a brew, maybe not.

B- beans on toast with cheese

L- (picnic while on walk). Tuna sandwiches, steak crisps, diet coke, some half chewed toddler rice cakes.

Snack- 3 small bits of tray bake.

D will be spag bol and garlic bread. And wine

Breakfast: cup of coffee (hungover so didn't feel like eating)
Lunch: Cajun chicken toasted sandwich, salad, more coffee
Dinner: Roast chicken, roast potatoes, carrots and peas.
Dessert: chocolate cheesecake

Saturday:
B- Sausage, grilled tomato, fried egg, toast
L- Veggie pizza
3pm - coffee and triple choc cookie
D - fish and chips

Sunday:
B - fried egg on toast, roast field mushroom
L - picnic of fattoush salad and pork pies
3pm - tea and saffron bun
D - something at the local pub, I'm hoping for a crab sandwich and chips or maybe pasta

Breakfast: Two slices of gluten free toast with low fat spread and apricot jam. Tea.

Snack: Cappuccino with sugar free vanilla almond syrup. 1 Gluten free Chocolate Finger.

Lunch: Homemade Cajun Bean Soup, two rice cakes with a small amount of sweet chilli Philadelphia cheese spread.

Snack: Tea and a banana.

Dinner: Hairy Biker’s Brisket of Beef (took me 5 hours but worth it), two roast potatoes, braised carrots and celery, marrowfat peas.

Supper will be some sugar free mandarin jelly that I put in the fridge this morning and probably another cup of tea before bed.

Five breadsticks
Some liquorice gums
A sample piece of cheesecake in Cook
A Warburton's thin with sliced chicken, salad and mayonnaise
A few fruit gums
Some strawberries and rhubarb yogurt
Dinner will be prawns stir fried with onions, mushrooms, broccoli, tomatoes and spinach.

@flossie86 my local Tesco's doesn't stock the lovely sounding porridge ..... 😏

Breakfast - bowl of rice krisipies and a cuppa
Lunch - 3 egg omelette with tomato, onion, chilli peppers and various spices
Another cuppa, Milky Way
Now eating chicken enchiladas for dinner

Melon & peach followed by a croissant & coffee for breakfast
Avocado & chicken sandwich which was pretty good for airport food
Weird aeroplane snack
Ice lolly on plane no.2
Fresh pea & sweet corn cheesy pesto pasta at home for tea (it was what could I rustle up from the cupboards /fridge quickly when we got it)

We've eaten amazing food in France for a week so next week will all be a bit of a disappointment I think

B. Leftover kebab from last night.
L. Nothing. I slept through lunch (hangover).
D. Chicken pie with roast potatoes and veg.
Cornetto for afterwards. Only one left, so I wanted to get rid of the box.

B - a coffee, a bite of DS toast
L - halloumi, tomatoes, cucumber and baby leaf salad
S- another coffee
D - roast chicken with roasties, pigs in blankets, vege, bread sauce & stuffing. Gravy.

Then a lemon dessert with meringue. Will probably have some chocolate trifle later too.Grin

Lunch: two wholemeal wraps with houmous and sliced peppers, some green olives and three steamed beetroots
Dinner: homemade steak and onion pot pie with a tiny bit of mash and loads of runner beans

Friday:
B- toast, 50g low fat cream cheese with marmite. Cup of tea.
L- Cheese and Onion toastie, dirty fries topped with smoked beef brisket, coleslaw and cheese sauce at a music festival. Waffle and cream shared with my husband, also at the festival.
Supper - cheese and tomato roll with a cup of tea at home

Saturday
B-Porridge with low sugar marmalade and raspberry jam. Cup of tea
L- Two rolls filled with chicken and bacon. Salt and Vinegar pop chips. Banana sandwich. Diet coke.
T-Home made thai chicken, basmati rice, onion salad, mango chutney, lime pickle, natural yoghurt. Pudding one quarter of raspberry and white chocolate roulade.

Sunday
B-Two toast with 50g per slice low fat cream cheese. One slice with Marmite, once slice with marmalade.
L-Two pumpernickel rolls with cheese and tomato, plus lentil and bacon soup. One banana.
D- roast lamb, roast potatoes, peas, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, gravy, mint sauce and mint jelly. Two glasses of wine. Dessert - one quarter raspberry and white chocolate roulade with lemon yoghurt. Coffee.

7am Porridge;
10am Banana; Coffee;
1.30pm Wrap with spicy beans, peppers and cheese; Pear;
4.30pm Tea and passion fruit cake;
8.30pm Salmon and Prawn pie with mash topping and long stem broccoli;
Water during the day and having a large glass of wine now;

I made the beans and pie but went out for cake, which was bloody delicious Cake

Scrambled eggs on toast and a banana and some grapes for lunch.
'Feck knows' with rice, banana and ice-cream for tea. The Feck knows was meant to be moroccan chicken tagine but I made so many substitutions.... it tasted nice though.
Snack - rice cakes with almond butter.
Loads chicory cup and fruit tea.
