Not pregnant.. So what's in my tummy?

I have put weight on lately, but some days I look like I am about to give birth.

Any ideas what is going on?

First pic is me today, second pic is me about 3 weeks ago. I know it's a different angle but should help compare.

Are some women just shaped like this and it's just that I have put weight on?

I looked liked that before my coeliac diagnosis. After being diagnosed and giving up gluten I hoped it would reveal a six-pack underneath it hasn't all gone away as I'm apple shaped anyway, but it's miles better.

Well I feel like I am going to come on today so that probably contributed.

Going to keep a food and symptom diary for 3 weeks and see the gp.
