Norwich. Pronounced NOR-RICH, or NOR-RIDGE?

I'd say NOR-itch, but I'm Irish so that's a whole other kettle of fish accent wise.

I once had to tell an american it isn't pronounced NOR WITCH! also the county isn't NOR FOKE.
