I weighed myself today for the first time in ages. 12 stone 4 and I'm 5'5
it's the biggest I've ever been, and entirely my own fault. Too much cake.
I'm lightly active, don't have a huge amount of time to to do exercise classes, it's diet. I eat healthily, but I eat too much, and I have a sweet tooth. Too many carbs too.
I have a family party at the end of July, it's quite a big thing, and I'd absolutely love to be a size 12 by them.. Currently I'm a 14. Obviously I know I won't lose three stone by then, but a stone perhaps? I have no idea, I've never had to lose weight properly before. I feel that if I had a rough sense of how long it will all take it would be easier to stick to
