I’m on a thread chatting about Ghosts and HH obviously gets mentioned quite a bit and not wanting to derail that thread I thought I’d start one to talk about our favourite HH songs and skits.

I love so many of them it’s difficult to pick a favourite but I’ll start with Literally. So many heavy rock memes it’s fabulous...literally!😀

But most of them are specifoc songs aren't they, even if a few others are thrown in. I sat on a bus is r e s p e c t, the dickens one is this charming man, the aztec priests did (not) stayin alive etc.
That said some aren't as clear cut are they.

Dick Turpin, Charles the second, the four George’s or the kings and queens song. They’re all amazing though, I can’t wait until DS is old enough to watch them

They've done so many great songs and it's hard to choose!

My favorite is Marcus Lucinius Crassus-- "Minted"
My son loves the one with Henry VIII with Rowan Atkinson to the tune of Elvis' "A Little Less Conversation"
My daughter loves the one with the one George III--"Court Life"
My other son cracks up with the Charles Dickens song that's in the style of the Smith's "This Charming Man"
My husband's favorite is "Norman Style"

I love that they made a program that is relatable to the whole family.
Great now I have "Stupid Death" in my head!

Yep, DH randomly starts singing Stupid Deaths at any given point in an evening. Usually closely followed by DS (now 15) doing the dance. I love that.

I checked with dd and her favourite is Kings and Queens followed by Dick Turpin.

The Kylie Australia one is good too.

Right that’s it. I’m off to Netflix to start watching again. The kids and I learnt so much from HH.

I noticed that a lot of things had disappeared from YouTube though I’ve found a few from the Vimeo link up thread.

I always loved the King Charles II one!

My child loves the inductrial Revolution song-'Work terrible work, and we all love Cleopatra, the kings and queens song, Richard 3rd, Dick Turpin. But they're all brilliant!
