Just that really, what one unsolved crime/mystery/news story do toy wish would be solved?

For me, its Madeleine McCann. It may well just be because of the age I am, its one of the first ones I remember really clearly as it happened.

What about you?

The thing about it is, that at LEAST one person knows what happened, if not a whole group of people depending on which version of it you buy into with MM.

Ben Needham has been solved. They found his remains near where he went missing. Someone had hit him with a vehicle (a digger?) then buried him. Very sad.

I want to know who killed the Princes in the Tower.

Everyone previously mentioned. Adding on Suzanne Pilley. Last seen in Edinburgh - missing since May 2010. Person jailed for her murder - her body has never been found.

LittleCandle the Ben Needham case has NOT been solved and no remains were found. If you google you'll find that's no longer a theory.

Dyatlov Pass incident. Such a sinister incident

Andrew Gosden, so sad. He just disappeared.

Moira Anderson, disappeared in Coatbridge in 1957. There is a likely suspect, his daughter wrote a book about why she believes her father was guilty. I would love for her sisters to know where she is and have her safely buried.

Was going to say moira Anderson too, very sad and also very odd.

I thought the Ben needham case was closed last year as they found a handkerchief or similar near the scene?

The princes in the tower, i think it will probably never be solved if it hasn’t been by now but it’s just so fascinating with so many theories, I like to think they where smuggled out and lived anonymously for the rest of their lives

flit the Moira Anderson case is a local one for me and I'd also love to see it solved for the sake of her remaining family. I think it's pretty much accepted now that Alexander Gartshore took her, he certainly would have been the last to see her alive.

For me I'd also like to see the Madeleine McCann case solved as well as Jill Dando. I watched the documentary about the Jill Dando case and I don't think the investigation into her murder was ever reopened after Barry George had his conviction overturned. I get the impression the police strongly believe they had the right man.

A bit left of field but I always found the Black Dahlia murder fascinating. It was so horrendously brutal.

Deirdre Jacob. An Irish girl who went missing from her front gate twenty years ago at the age of 19.
There are a number of missing Irish women, but Deirdre is the one case that always gets to me. We were the same age, at the same stages in our lives and even looked quite alike at the time.

Also Paddy Moriarty, an elderly Irish man missing from Larrimah, an incredibly remote part of Australia since December 2018.

I still see Andrew's face quite often on posters. I wish he would be found.

Gartshore's daughter's book was such an interesting (if you can use that word about such a dreadful subject) read. Everyone knew what that man was like but everyone made excuses for him. To protect the reputation of his wife, his family, because it was so normalised at that time. Awful.

There is a great documentary on Netflix about Jon Benet. Laura Richards and Jim Clemente, who are both criminal behavioural analysts from Scotland Yard and the FBI, go back over the case in detail. They conclude that Jon benet’s brother killed her in a sibling fight and the parents covered it up.

Madeline McCann and Alasdair Watson. Also Ruth Wilson, whose story has haunted me for years: www.theguardian.com/film/2018/apr/29/ruth-wilson-surrey-schoolgirl-vanished-documentary
