How cold is your house without the heating?

And how can you make it warmer?

Although I have my temperature high by most of your standards, I'm not sitting round in a t-shirt. At 22 to 24 I've still got warm clothing in, slipper socks etc. Think it would need to be 28+ for me to be just in a t-shirt! I would also rather cut down on food than turn down the heating, if it came to it.
