WTF Album Covers

(un)Inspired by utterly dreadful 'Top Of The Pops' album covers of the 1970s, it struck me that there must be hundreds, if not thousands of weird album covers out there... I don't mean strange esoteric covers with abstract art, but I mean outrageously provocative (for the time), batshit odd, or creepy as heck covers...

I'm not sure I'm keen on Steve tbh.

This is actually not a bad recording of an extremely famous piece of music - not quite sure why they thought the album cover was necessary

I've actually found the worst album cover I've ever seen but it's so bad I fear I may be banned from MN if I post it. I'm ever so slightly traumatised after seeing it too.

I faced that issue too (quite seriously). Had to make a judgment call on decency. Some are more shocking than funny, and for me, that's the cut off point!
