It has been a while since I joined in a blog hop so I will give it a go.

I asked a blogger on twitter this week about joining in her meme but she did not answer me. Not sure about the blogging etiquette on this one tbh. Do you just jump in and link or ask first?

Are you a Pot Saver or a Pot Slattern?

Thanks for the lovely comments. I am fairly new to this blogging stuff and confess I have no idea what a meme or bloghop is. Any useful threads you coud point me too?

I meme or blog hop is when a blogger invites other bloggers to link to one of their posts - often of the same "theme". If you look at the blogger list there is one at the moment about "5 things about your Daddy" that a few of the MN bloggers have joined in with.

Basically, linking to other blogs, be it through a meme/blog hop or via your blog roll, means that you and the other blog should get more hits.

Today's article started off being about my poor memory, and ended up being something completely different because, well, I forgot what I was writing about.

It sums up my problems surprisingly well, actually.

I am self-referentially writing about Mumsnet a bit

Oh and it was before I read MmeL's advice above but I did link to another blog (and it's hers).

I thought that a Pot Saver was what Tee needed after she made that apple sauce (was it apple sauce?).

It was indeed apple sauce and the pot is still not completely recovered thanks to the land of the sick!

Stupid iPad is almost impossible to blog on so have written a few posts on husband's laptop that I can upload as the days go by. Looking forward to catching up with all your posts.

You do on my iPad...if I go to your home page, an image comes up with 'swipe me' written on it. I've got a basic blogger site so am jealous of everyone's pretty sites.

I've commented on a few more blogs, under firsttimemum1 (my twitter name)

I transferred to WordPress because people told me to. It must just do that on its own. I haven't done anything clever.
