MmeLindor I tried setting up a FB page today but have got stuck in a forgotten password loop, whereby two email addresses were recoveries for each other and neither will let me use security questions for 24hrs. Frigging technology!

here is my first attempt at Salted Caramels and the recipe for Banana Cupcakes with Salted Caramels.

Someone on Twitter just said that she would use Werthers instead of the salted caramels, which is a great idea.

Gah-just having a laugh...seriously, there's a serious amount of drudgerY involved. It just tickles me that someone ended up at my door...

I have read a few first school day blog posts this week and it has been interesting to see the different takes that people have had.

I am on a full on cooking and baking kick today. Already made olive and jalapeno cheese bread, red onion and olive breadsticks, butter icecream with salted caramel sauce, marinated chicken for my mum's chicken fry recipe, and now getting ready to make Thomas Crosby muffins.

Those muffins look yummy. And the icecream sounds delish too. Is that recipe on your blog?

MmeLindor, yes its the same recipe as the Haagen Daz icecream, minus the praline. And I pour over the caramel sauce on ice cream scoops, as opposed to layering it.

It not for those on a diet for sure... but I always indulge myself a few times a year with it, and I think that you should always be able to treat yourself, but in moderation, if you see what I mean.
