Oh, dear, spots? Really and truly, Small? They don't have a polkadot emoticon, but they ought to!

TheSmallPrint · 25/02/2011 21:04

Yeah thanks for the sympathy you old bats Grin

SupermassiveLBD · 25/02/2011 21:08

Any idea what it is? Anything infectious going about in your circle?

PassTheTwiglets · 25/02/2011 21:17

OMG, I have found the most WONDERFUL things. Someone has made some steampunk jewellery/charms etc. from various RA programmes. I SO want one but I don't think they are for sale and there are no contact details :(

This is my favourite

One for Spiro}

Waaaaah, so adorable!!!

TheSmallPrint · 25/02/2011 21:17

Yes, they are spots. Like a teenager!

SupermassiveLBD · 25/02/2011 21:22

Oh, Twiggy, those are actually tasteful, you could have one and no one would look askance at you in the real world.

SupermassiveLBD · 25/02/2011 21:27

Look who's talking!

PassTheTwiglets · 25/02/2011 21:37

There are Gizzy ones too!

I've seen that she has an Etsy shop but the ones I like have been sold. She takes commissions though so I am very tempted... there are hundreds of them on the first links I posted. There are some quite sweet Sparkhouse ones too.

SupermassiveLBD · 25/02/2011 21:48

Hmmt thanks, Twiggy but the Gizzy ones are a tad gloomy, people would think I was an overgrown goth or something if I had one of those...

Poor Gizzy, world of ash and a sword dipped in blood, eh? Sad

DumSpiroSpero · 25/02/2011 23:03

Anyone around?

OP posts:
SupermassiveLBD · 25/02/2011 23:05

Of course, Spiro, where else would I be? How's tricks?

DumSpiroSpero · 25/02/2011 23:09

Hello! Just bunking down in DN's bed - DD in trundle on floor - bottle & a half of vino down.

How's your day been?

OP posts:
DumSpiroSpero · 25/02/2011 23:11

Awesome - just heard siren. Love being in city!

OP posts:
SupermassiveLBD · 25/02/2011 23:12

Pretty quiet and uneventful here, have been trying to finish Sunne in Splendour tiny print is doing my eyes in but nearly at the end now.

How was the journey? No PSMs on the train, I take it?

DumSpiroSpero · 25/02/2011 23:17

Definitely not! There was an older bloke sitting opposite who I'm sure was some kind of political journalist or columnist but couldn't place who.

Not sure if We're still doing DM tomorrow. Turns out DN has major drama club committment, so will be nephew coming with instead, he is only 20 months different from DD in age, but not sure fashion art his thing ?!

OP posts:
PassTheTwiglets · 25/02/2011 23:25

Spiro, this is your trip though and if you wanted to do the DM then you should do it, nephew or no!

Shame about lack of PSMs on train - you are owed one after the lovely Eurostar story you wrote for me :o

SupermassiveLBD · 25/02/2011 23:27

You never know, he could be the next Tom Ford in waiting.

What other plans do you have? Guided tour of Spooks filming locations, with opportunity for pavement-licking?

Nice meal somewhere with plenty of vino ?

DumSpiroSpero · 25/02/2011 23:31

Def. Nice meal and SIL still happy to go to DM - there is also 50 yrs of Jaguar exhibit so hopefully will stick to original plans.

DD fast asleep - is it a bit sad to enjoy sharing a room with her?

Loving the jewellery, Twigs.

SIL & DN both get it Grin, although neither like the beard!

OP posts:
SupermassiveLBD · 25/02/2011 23:36

How are they on the subject of stubble, then, Spiro? A beard is only a slightly longer version after all.

DumSpiroSpero · 25/02/2011 23:40

I have no idea!

OP posts:
SupermassiveLBD · 25/02/2011 23:44

No idea Shock And on such a vital topic too! How remiss of you Grin

SupermassiveLBD · 25/02/2011 23:47

Just in case you fall asleep now, Spiro, sweet dreams and have a good day tomorrow.

Same to you Twiggy and Small, if you are still around.

TheSmallPrint · 26/02/2011 06:46

Morning all, well in the end I didn't get to sleep til late due to a very long phone call and then tossing and turning all night with anxiety dreams Sad. DS2 wide awake at 6.

Spiro hope you still get to enjoy the Design Museum.

DumSpiroSpero · 26/02/2011 07:10

Morning Small - I'll leave off the 'good' as it sounds like you had night like my one the other day.

I feel rough as old boots this morning, thanks to too much wine & strange pillows (mostly wine, if I'm honest, although I don't think that's given me the stiff neck). IL's have 2 lovely but very energetic cats and every noise they've made all night has had DD leaping out of bed & in with me - bleurrrgh!
