Time for a new specialism, methinks!

Well, yes, erm....best say goodnight there!!!

SupermassiveLBD · 23/02/2011 00:15

Night Phoenix. I suppose Gizzy is not really all that classy.

But he aint half hot.

DumSpiroSpero · 23/02/2011 00:25

At the mention of Gizzy my PC developed an 'exception that couldn't be handled'!

ROFL Grin

and on that note - night noght & sweet dreams!

SupermassiveLBD · 23/02/2011 00:35

ROFLMAO. Trust The Giz! What a man!
Night, Spiro and take care.

TheSmallPrint · 23/02/2011 07:27

Morning! Just a quick hello before I'm off again.

DumSpiroSpero · 23/02/2011 08:48

Morning Small! Hope all goes well with work and the Smallboys today.

We're off to a friend's house this morning, and back to Zumba for me tonight so will hopefully pop in later.

SupermassiveLBD · 23/02/2011 11:52

Hello, all. A quick sign in from me too, will be back a bit later on

PassTheTwiglets · 23/02/2011 12:48

Hi everyone, I am still alive, just doing half-term stuff and trying to pack for Disney, in secret! Hope everyone is well - I will need to do a marathon catch-up at some point, there is so much to read since I was last here!

PassTheTwiglets · 23/02/2011 12:51

Just done a quick skim and seen another coincidence - Phoenix, my dad has the same birthday as your DD!!

TheSmallPrint · 23/02/2011 13:31

Afternoon all, meeting went well but lots to do because of it. Still, I'd rather sort it out now than when it's a problem later.

What exciting news do you have for me?

Twigs I wish we were going off to Disneyland soon, I could really do with a break.

PhoenixRisingFromTheAshes · 23/02/2011 13:39

Hello, just checking in. Exhausting day so far.

SupermassiveLBD · 23/02/2011 13:41

Hello again ladies. No exciting news from me but I did hear from my family in NZ and they are all fine. I thought they would be, but I am still very relieved.

This morning I had a little time to myself so I popped over to Hebden Bridge and visited a shy tall blue-eyed man who scrubs up rather well.

What a darling. No wonder Spiro's heart was ''dancing all over the place''

I watched the first two parts only, so have yet to see the Cinderella goes to the ball bit. But even scruffy and with terrible hair

TheSmallPrint · 23/02/2011 13:50

{grin] at Massive, you are truely besotted if the Benny look still does it for you!

Hi Phoenix, what are you up to?

SupermassiveLBD · 23/02/2011 14:08

Small, I wouldn't say the Benny look actually does it for me per se, it's more the potential of thudworthyness that lurks within that I found so alluring, iyswim.

And that Landrover scene was so sweet!

DumSpiroSpero · 23/02/2011 15:33

Massive - glad you're enjoying Mr Standring. You have the best episode yet to come, although as you say, the Landrover scene is sweet (even if it is necessary to watch it from behind a cushion!)

OP posts:
TheSmallPrint · 23/02/2011 15:34

I hope you don't mean the landrover scene I think you mean???!

DumSpiroSpero · 23/02/2011 15:39

I suspect we do, Small Blush. You'd have to flattered if you were in Carol's shoes, in a cringey kind of way.

I just felt really sorry for him to be in that situation, when her motives were not what they should be.

OP posts:
SupermassiveLBD · 23/02/2011 15:48

Yes, I did, Small. Poor thing, he just goes off with her out of the pub the minute she clicks her fingers at him. He must have been thrilled to bits, birthday and Christmas all rolled into one.

DumSpiroSpero · 23/02/2011 15:54

I am trying not to let my mind plumb it's usual depth's and start ROFLing at the Freudian slip in that last sentence...Grin

OP posts:
DumSpiroSpero · 23/02/2011 16:04

I've gone and done it again...

...must wash my brain with carbolic...

I can only apologise, ladies, on the assumption I must be a bit hormonal (either that or a reincarnation of Sid James...Blush)

OP posts:
SupermassiveLBD · 23/02/2011 16:20

Hee hee wondered if you'd pick that one up, Spiro, or whether I'd get away with it. I am looking forward to part three, anyway.

Does the poor guy ever get the girl properly apart from in N&S?

TheSmallPrint · 23/02/2011 16:27

Oh no that scenes awful. Grin

I don't think he does Massive. Such a shame as I love a happy ending me.

DumSpiroSpero · 23/02/2011 16:28

Wait and see!

I'm not really a total perv - I've just done a lot of proofreading over the years so anything written down, be it a mistake or a phrase open to misinterpretation, jumps straight out at me (unless it's my own, of course Confused).

Poor thing, he just goes off...
