I had my first at a small London hospital (now closed) that specialised in natural birth. They said I was low risk with second baby so he was a water birth at home. It was a wonderful experience, DH cooked me a big breakfast and we lounged about watching the penultimate Grand Prix in the afternoon before I made dinner. DS1 came down when he heard noises so he was there for the birth. So much nicer than even a BBC private hospital.

A pp responded to me with some incorrect comments which i refuted with scientifically backed evidence and data points. What part of what I said was remotely similar to “hippy ideas about breathing and the power of positive thoughts” or whatever you said?
