I had a breast reduction two weeks ago. I’ve gone from a 34GG/H to a 34D.

Must say I'm unimpressed with the admin side with Spire. I've got an app but it's not intuitive, and they don't email me with appointments.

I phoned them today and spoke to a national help desk (after dialling a local number) and after ten minutes on hold found the person I spoke to be poorly trained and a grudging communicator.

I'm paying eight grand for this, you'd think the pre op stuff would run on greased rails but it feels very reactive. I'm learning more from tiktok than from anyone I've dealt with so far.

Was I spire ? I was texted with appointment details from my surgeon, maybe that’s where the gap is.

I am having to sit on my hands to stop me posting every day, simply “oh my God summer with small tits!!”

@user80 I’m doing well thanks, nerves have gone and I’m feeling excited. We are on holiday hill walking at the moment and I just keep thinking next time I do this no tits to get in the way and I’ll be able to get kit that fits properly.
How are things with you?

I’m on holiday in Prague and I have just walked down from the top of the funicular. It’s so steep. I said to my husband that I’m glad it’s post surgery because top-heavy me would’ve fallen over walking down that gradient.

@user80 I know … I’m excited! Like @Martinisarebetterdirty am thinking about all the stuff I’ll be able to do/ wear etc without these dam knockers. Also trying to be chill, one step at a time & all that! … @MorrisZapp … my surgeon’s admin team are a phone call/ email away & that does really help. See if you can get a direct line. Who’d have thought hill walking would be a benefit of a breast reduction! I ran in public for the first time in years the other day. It was liberating. Planning to get back on the C25k next week 🏃🏽‍♀️

Very nervous. Currently around a J cup although I’m really not sure any more. At my lowest weight was a 32GG. Hoping for a C but surgeon said he never promises and doesn’t like to go too small. Getting lots of tips from TikTok and am also slightly unimpressed with Spire admin.

You are so welcome! I’ll repeat the thing about because the boobs are lifted, the size isn’t as vital. You’re perky!

I was wearing a top today and my bra was giving me massive back fat issues (due to excessive food consumption on holiday) so I took my bra off and went out without one on! Oh my god. It was amazing, no back fat making me look bigger than I am at the back.

Omg. I’m so exited for you. I remember coming round for the anaesthetic and looking down and having a little cry and said has it happened yet?

@Madagascary looking mighty fine there 😀 you are the size I’d like to be, but I do think I’m a bit wider at the ‘root’ so I’m trying to keep my realistic head on and not get too fixed on the outcome. That said I do want
to ritually burn EVERY SINGLE underwire bra I own … so close now… 😬
