Happened to a friend of mine. Thought she had appendicitis but turned out to be full term labour.
She didn't realise she was pregnant with her second until she was 23 weeks either. Her body is obviously just built to do pregnancy well. She was early 30s so not young at all.

Oh my goodness this happened to me too. I only found out at 37 weeks when I was in labour. Nobody believes me and says how could you not have known!

I got to 20 weeks without knowing, despite being a researcher into pregnancy at the time. I'd been losing weight, hadn't had a period for nearly 2 years, stopped having stomach problems and nausea... It was only when I thought I had flu and needed a sick note that the GP talked me into routine blood tests and said he was ticking the pregnancy test box just for routine good practice...

Very glad he did as would have been about 26 weeks I think before I'd have noticed the PGP and a bit of a bump.

I had a HCP friend who got to 20 weeks without knowing, she was in her 30s so not a teen concealing anything. Like you on the POP so no reason to think a missing period was a cause for concern.

On this week's episode of Ambulance there's a lady who gives birth into the loo in a hotel. She had no idea she was pregnant and is really shocked. Well worth a watch!
