Have name changed for anonymity as this is something that only my DH knows.

So what games do you actually play online?

titchy · 29/08/2018 11:09

I can extract profit on any amount of wagering requirement.

How? If you've got a £20 bonus with a x 30 wagering, and you play 20 dead £1 spins, it's gone. Or are you talking about offers over the course of a week or month, where collectively you will extract profit?

onegiftedgal · 29/08/2018 12:11

I play all slot games, I don't stick to any in particular as they all offer the same profits.
Playing £1 spins on only a £20 bonus wouldn't be a good idea - you'd bust out pretty quickly and then you would have actually made a loss.

OP posts:
titchy · 29/08/2018 12:14

Ok well that goes against standard strategy..... so how do you play your £20 bonus x 30 then?

Moltenpink · 29/08/2018 12:34

“i play straight using the techniques that work for me until the profit shows - however large or small, the profit always comes”

Can you explain more about this? I thought that slots always had a stated return, say 70%. How can you possibly guarantee a profit?

wineandsunshine · 29/08/2018 12:41

Hmmmm I'm interested!!! I play a few slot machines and always do 20p spins - my DH says I will never win a jackpot doing a low bet!!

What would you recommend?? I've won about £350 from a 60p spin and that's probably my biggest win!

titchy · 29/08/2018 12:46

Wineandsunshine - I know this isn't my thread, but if you're going to do this please please please join a forum like oddsmonkey or many others where you can get advice and guidance and strategies. And understand what you're doing and why. I'm not convinced about OP maybe they're trying to get us all into gambling

There is money to be made. But. There is always a risk. Even with low risk positive value stuff. Nothing is guaranteed. Do not ever stake more than you can afford to lose.

titchy · 29/08/2018 12:48

OP what you do on William Hill's offer this week of stake £20 get £10 bonus with 30 x wagering?

MrsChollySawcutt · 29/08/2018 12:52

I like to know too. How can you take profit out when you have to x wager so many times? This is why I gave up MB, it was taking hours to make very little, if anything from a single offer.

vivariumvivariumsvivaria · 29/08/2018 13:05

tax free?

wineandsunshine · 29/08/2018 13:06

Oh yes I definitely wouldn't spend anything I can't afford to lose - it does make me wonder though if you CAN win big jackpots on small stakes?

I really haven't got time to invest on other forums it's just a bit of fun once in a while! Oh to be rich and have time to play online !

titchy · 29/08/2018 13:13

vivarium - all winnings from any sort of gambling, competitions, lottery etc are tax free in the UK!

QuackPorridgeBacon · 29/08/2018 16:11

What is matched betting? I’ve no clue on gambling and don’t dare get into it as I have a very addictive personality. I do sometimes use the free offers they give out but only once did I win enough to take it out. That was £20 lol we were so broke and surviving on £20/£25 shopping for two weeks, so it went on a dirty kebab lol

titchy · 29/08/2018 16:33

What is matched betting?

Basically bookies offer enticements - a free bet if you bet on Man U v Spurs. So you bet on Man U, 'lay' the bet (ie bet against yourself elsewhere) so you don't lose anything on your Man U:Spurs bet. Then bookie gives you a free tenner which is what makes you the money. Can be addictive though.

onegiftedgal · 29/08/2018 17:24

Although this thread wasn't intended for matched betting - it is not possible to get addicted to matched betting.
Having an addiction to making easy free money, well that is a different matter.
The stakes make no difference unless they state that you cannot enter into the jackpot unless you are placing a certain level stake.
As I mentioned earlier, my biggest profit was with WH for £16k on a 25p spin. That was my luck element, my basic earning from that deal was going to be £125 otherwise - still great for 10 mins work.
Oddsmonkey is fab for matched betting but they are amateurs with casino advice - good for those beginning though. If you are truly keen, then it is not a quick win type thing - as I mentioned, I have studied, watched, tried for 3 years to get this far - you need to do your homework so to speak.

OP posts:
titchy · 29/08/2018 18:27

Ok so money where mouth is - how would you guarantee profit from WH's stake £20 get £10 with 30x offer?

And don't be so dismissive of the potential for addiction. Many sports MBers move to casino , chase losses and lose everything. One MNer not so long ago did exactly that. Be careful what you preach....

And don't dismiss OM regulars either - many are making £4K a month regularly which is the same as you're claiming.

QuackPorridgeBacon · 29/08/2018 21:37

titchy Ahh ok, thank you. I’d be too nervous going into a betting shop as I haven’t a clue about any of it lol but thanks for explaining. I fancy a kebab now myself but alas, I haven’t enough money.

hollytom · 29/08/2018 21:46

Where can you go to learn about this I am a matched bettor and member of a site but I know there are other techniques to do with casinos but my site doesn’t get into that. I have been doing MB for almost 3 years now and it has got a lot worse so I feel I need to diversify.
I have avoided offers where it says 30x wagering as you will usually bust out. Would you still do these types of offers?

VanessaShanessaJenkins · 29/08/2018 22:01

quack you don't need to go in to a shop- you do it online Smile

QuackPorridgeBacon · 30/08/2018 13:33

VanessaShanessaJenkins Oh Blush see, I’m clueless lol

Zoosie · 30/08/2018 19:12

I've started matched betting! Going well but v nervous about cones after the welcome offers! Can you offer any pearls of wisdom for reload offers? Feel really intimidated by them!
Thanks

HmmGrey · 30/08/2018 19:55

Can you teach me lol?!Grin

FacelikeaBagofHammers · 30/08/2018 20:03

Fair play to you OP, but it's like you're all speaking a different language!

HollowTalk · 30/08/2018 23:50

Be careful, everyone. There's another poster on MN at the moment who just lost £2.5K today through gambling. It's clearly a problem for her.

onegiftedgal · 07/09/2018 14:24

Apologies for going quiet, I was away on holiday.
I just wanted to say that I'm not on here to try and prove something but only to let you know that this is my very good, full time job.
One MN wanted me to put my money where my mouth is so here's my earnings from Wednesday 5 September.
I have to be careful because the casinos will more than likely try to shut me down. I know their systems, I know them and like they say in life, you put 10,000+ hours into something, you are going to get good at it.
