Or you can tell me something if you like. I don’t mind.

I'm relieved about that BG I don't fancy faffing.

I'm going to have garden peas with it. Nod to summer like.

DrinkFeckArseGirls · 30/06/2018 16:42

OP, what is your opinion on me having a Pimms after early dinner/ tea?

Vicky1990 · 30/06/2018 16:43

Brizzle.
Cheese on toast with coleslaw on top, food of the gods.

SendGinQuick · 30/06/2018 16:44

Ooo @brizzledrizzle that sounds like a top idea...

hmmwhatatodo · 30/06/2018 16:44

I always give £1 to the delivery person. No idea if that’s good or bad.

@DrinkFeckArseGirls I'll be having Pimms shortly, you're most welcome to partake with me, sun is over the yardarm in Singapore!

The dilemma of not feeling like cooking and not wanting takeaway is without doubt a regular issue in my life (I’m talking every week). I used to be able to get away with just drinking lots of tea but it doesn’t seem to work for me. Take now for instance. I took a break because I was hungry.. but I couldn’t be bothered to make anything. So I ate two pieces of shortbread but I’m still hungry. So now I’m going to have to go and have fried egg with bread.

Pimms drinker. I go with the theory of enjoying it (whatever it is) while you can so yes, you can.

The Chinese takeaway person - I haven’t had Chinese takeaway in years. I used to love lemon chicken and fried rice. Is that retro now?

That's soooo yesterday

CorianderSnell · 30/06/2018 16:55

Omg, cheese on toast w coleslaw sounds great!

My no/minimal cook dinner would be either pancakes and fruit or bits and bobs from the fridge (cornichons, sundried tomatoes, chunks of cheese, ham or salami, cucumber chunk etc)

hmmwhatatodo · 30/06/2018 16:55

Is it? Maan! What’s hot in the world of Chinese takeaway now?

I have a question - what ask me anything can I do?!?! Everyone has one now... do you think people will be more interested in “I listen to podcasts, ask me anything”, “I drive a Golf, ask me anything” or, “I was once on low budget channel 5 daytime tv show 100%, ask me anything”???

DrinkFeckArseGirls · 30/06/2018 17:00

Wise words hmmwhattodo
What an apt bame, Gin!

MrsTommyBanks · 30/06/2018 17:03

I really want Chinese special curry and special fried rice now Sad
Or lemon chicken.

hmmwhatatodo · 30/06/2018 17:03

Coriander - the low budget Channel 5 one without a doubt. My favourite kind of programme!

What would you order in a coffee shop?

hmmwhatatodo · 30/06/2018 17:19

I was in a coffee shop a couple of days and I ordered a cappuccino and croissant to take away. Sometimes I order a latte.

OP posts:
MollyHuaCha · 30/06/2018 17:20

hmmwhatatodo · 30/06/2018 17:25

Do you buy a "thank you" token for the volunteers in your life (brownies leader, football coach)?

Do you buy the teacher a "thank you" token?

BusterGonad · 30/06/2018 17:33

Op what's the last thing you bought/spent money on? I don't mean direct debits etc.

brizzledrizzle · 30/06/2018 17:58

@yawning801 Help! How much do I tip my Dominos delivery driver coming in twenty five minutes??

Nothing, he's paid for his job.

hmmwhatatodo · 30/06/2018 18:33

Yes to little thank you tokens.

OP posts:
hmmwhatatodo · 30/06/2018 18:35

Buster, the last thing I spent money on was my coffee shop treat of cappuccino and croissant, don’t do it very often. Before that it was at the weekend when I bought some honey.
