(70 Posts)My boyfriend gets a craft box for his daughter, and she always looks forward to it. It's made me think that I'd like to get a new monthly box, but I can't decide which one?
Any recommendations?
Dull - Smol washing pods. They're a space saver. I like the smell.
Fun - Naked Wines.
Haha! A washing pod monthly box?
The only one I'm signed up to is Who Gives a Crap - loo roll. So glad I did!
Birchbox and glossy box.
I like trying the different stuff.
familyband
I had never heard of them - checked their website - huge shock - out of stock!
Riverford vegetable box
Ha! I wish I'd signed up to that loo roll box!
Craft Gin
Who Gives a Crap
Abel and Cole
DH gets a sock one because he loves new socks,
We've had loads in the past,
Cheese
Bacon
Beauty stuff
Meal boxes
Curry kits
Graze
We have Bakedin, originally started for 6 months as a present for DD but we kept it running as it is easy for her to do on her own (she is 12, nearly 13)
We also get The Spicery, great to cook ne curries and stews.
Fancy a food one and a pajama one too.
Any recommendations?
Craft Gin Club
I followed my sister's referral link and got a box for £20!
Smol - dishwasher and laundry capsules
Who gives a crap - loo roll
In the past we’ve had:
Riverford fruit and veg
Graze snack pots
Think a craft one would be good for DD. Which have people gone with?
We get ToucanBox
I have a code for 50% off if anyone is interested
ToucanBox is a craft one
Gousto food recipe delivery boxes.
We were only getting 3 meals per box every few weeks but now we are getting 4 meals every week (unless they stop delivering)
Smol every fortnight, craft gin club bi-monthly and Papergang stationary monthly for my daughter.
Would a pyjama one mean new pyjamas every month? Surely not.
We regularly use box schemes, but on an ad hoc basis, so we have Who Gives A Crap, Splosh, Riverford and a local fruit and veg box as we need them. I think the trouble with a lot of other types of boxes is that they result in increased landfill and add to plastic waste.
We have who gives a crap, splosh, anything but plastic and bam and boo - toilet paper, cleaning/shower gel/laundry, toothpaste tablets, toothbrushes.
I like the sound of the gin one, DD enjoys gin - I've never tasted it, maybe now is the time.
Whogivesacrap are in stock but decided to keep their existing stocks for their regular (no pun intended....) customers. I was pretty pleased with that decision, they are a small business and it's the regular customers who keep them in business after all.
I get Awebox which is great. Basically a pick n mix of your favourite things so I get nail polish, coffee, stationary, sweets and choc.
My son gets pop in a box and gets sent one funko pop figure a month and my OH gets a t-shirt and a graphic novel each month but can't remember what it's called.
We also get smol for the washing
I don't want to profiteer but am happy to do a gin referral if someone wants a £20 first box.
@Soubriquet if you can pass on the toucan box code that would be great. Give DD something to do while in lockdown!
Equally, if anyone can refer me to a meat delivery company I would appreciate it.
Yep!
Code is
MICHEALA-DQ0U
