Adriene center 30 days of yoga

I can't see any threads on this year's 30 days of yoga. If one is already in swing please link it here. I found yesterday a bit of a shock (I didn't go beyond the 30 days last year or the year before in my practise of yoga..) but today was lovely. Usually I take about 90 days to complete but this year have signed up to the cancer research 30 days of yoga so should stay in real time for once.Looking for some buddies.

Hello, I am recovering from Covid so did day 1 today. I love doing her 30 days. She does a monthly calendar as well with suggested yoga links.
I found it ok considering I have been unwell for most of December. Am hoping it will ease me back to fitness.

Centre Day 11. Another one straight on my favourites,even tho it has my nemesis,balancing and twists( awesome boobage owner). I’m now beginning to remember I was ill at the beginning of Centre,that probably tainted my enjoyment.
