Starting a new thread for November. Going to try to start tomorrow with a gentle one as it's a long time for me!

I think that's a great idea to repeat Move once I get to the end - I think I'll do the same!!

That's how these threads started, we were all repeating it and noticing the changes it made in terms of our improvement.

And we have a new thing to look forward to in January!

Rummikub · 27/11/2022 13:07

Day 27
20 minutes only but hard work!
least I don’t drag my knee as much!

ScottishBeth · 27/11/2022 14:34

Day 27 is horrible! But at least it's followed by day 28, which is lovely (just did that today).

BestIsWest · 28/11/2022 07:56

27 is the hardest I think! I haven’t done Move for the last two days but have done my own thing.

Sooverthemill · 29/11/2022 09:30

I'm feeling guilty I have not dine yoga for a few days, just very hard with an incredibly poorly DD. But I started the Lottie Murphy 24 days of Pilates today ( from last December) to see how I get on.

ScottishBeth · 29/11/2022 14:25

@Sooverthemill sorry to hear your DD has been ill. It's normal for daily yoga to slip away when things like that are going on, don't feel guilty!

I did day 30 today! I actually really enjoyed it.

Sooverthemill · 01/12/2022 11:07

I've not felt up to yoga at all so have started last years 24 days of Pilates with Lottie Murphy which is fairly gentle ( tough on abs though)

BestIsWest · 01/12/2022 17:28

@Sooverthemill sorry DD is so poorly.

Shall I start a December thread if you don’t feel up to it or shall we just continue this one for now?

Sooverthemill · 01/12/2022 19:05

@BestIsWest I hadn't even realised it was 1 December! Shall we finish this one as we are all a bit lacklustre! Can't wait for the reveal for the new one

OP posts:
BestIsWest · 01/12/2022 19:21

Sounds like a plan! @Sooverthemill

BestIsWest · 02/12/2022 15:32

I’ve done days 1 and 2 and really pleased that I managed just about every thing the forearm plank and the transition from cobra to plank. It’s hard and probably looks terrible but I’ve come so far since January. I still need to use blocks for downward dog but until my frozen shoulder properly defrosts that is always going to be the case.
All aglow now and DH has produced a cuppa and Welshcakes.

Sooverthemill · 03/12/2022 15:37

I just checked back and MOVE was announced on 12 December last year so we don't have long to wait!

Not long to wait!! I hope it’s around 20 mins again.

It's announced! CENTER. Gosh she looks very slick in the trailer video. I will do a thread

CENTER

@BestIsWest I have also just done days 1 and 2 of move. I found day 1 difficult this second time, but I think all the planks in day 2 were easier, so I feel like my core strength has improved in the past month or so. Also the additional sport that I do, the past 2 weeks I've been (after a bit of a gap), I feel like I've done so well, and I wonder I'd that is partly because of my daily yoga practice!

Excited for Center! Not loving typing that though!

UnaOfStormhold · 06/12/2022 07:09

Yes it's going to be hard to relax while grinding my teeth at the spelling! Still, looking forward to it and good to seethe advice to set aside "30 minutes or less". I got out of the yoga habit due to life getting in the way so hopefully this will be the restart I need.

ScottishBeth · 06/12/2022 07:54

Yeah, I was pleased to see the length indication. Hopefully this is the kick-start you need, @UnaOfStormhold
