And my thighs hurt already. I did it in 32 at the beginning of the year and have kept up a regular practice, not daily but fairly close. I had to stop for four weeks as I had a small op and had to rest forgotten how bloody fabulous she is

I was actually going to suggest getting a group going on here to kick off on Jan 1st.

Not in the right mindset with Xmas soon, heavy food, stress etc.

She's great.

Anyone interested on starting together 1 Jan?

patientzero · 20/12/2017 18:30

There’s a new one coming for January

twiney · 20/12/2017 18:33

Ooooooh!!!!!!

Dozer · 20/12/2017 18:34

Sounds like you’re back into it! How long does each session take?

museumum · 20/12/2017 18:39

Is it actually free? How long do you need each day?

runawaysimba · 20/12/2017 18:39

I'm in! I do YWA most days, looking forward to her January plan. 2018 might be the year I get my heels on the mat in downward dog...

Littleredpoppy · 20/12/2017 18:41

Can I join for Jan please? Earlier this year I was practicing a few times a week- haven't got on the mat for weeks now though, and sore hips and stress levels are back!

SureIusedtobetaller · 20/12/2017 18:43

I’ve signed up for the new one in January. I love her Grin

twiney · 20/12/2017 18:48

This is so cool! I didnt know she had a new one coming. Im signing up too, and then Ill do Revolution in February!

Worsethingshappenatsea · 20/12/2017 19:32

Just signed up for January too ! So need to get back into it

patientzero · 20/12/2017 22:16

I’m planning to do True in January. I was planning to do Revolution last January and it didn’t happen Blush

InfiniteSheldon · 20/12/2017 23:50

Ooh a new one that is exciting i will see how far I get with us one last time I really enjoyed completing it. Each day is different but they average half an hour I think the longest one was 45 minutes. Dh tends to skip the first few minutes but I love it it's usually quite mindful and focused on breathing and posture. Day five tomorrow

Yes it's free once you've signed in to YouTube and finished day one the next day is first on the list

@patientzero
I only ever got to Day 10! I was considering doing your way too but then reckoned it might be more motivational to jump on the True bandwagon with everyone in Jan and then do Rev in Feb.

Rollerbird · 21/12/2017 01:14

Im definitely up for it.

Dozer · 21/12/2017 07:33

How long is each session?

twiney · 21/12/2017 08:04

30 minutes

Dozer · 21/12/2017 08:46

Thanks! That seems manageable! Famous last words.

patientzero · 21/12/2017 11:54

@twiney

Definitely. I normally drop out waaay before day 10 but I would really like to give this a try!

twiney · 21/12/2017 12:53

@patientzero

I'm going to hold you to this!

I felt shit about dropping out then becausw up til that point I was telling myself "this is incredible, I feel so good in my body, I want to keep this up". Cant wait to get that feeling back. But you know how it goes, you miss one day and then another and you dont know how to start up again.

NoWayInn · 21/12/2017 12:58

Hmm this looks interesting. I recently started Yoga and Pilates in local village hall type places. Both good but I struggle to remember what to do at home. I prefer the Pilates TBH because I dislike the woo element of Yoga (and I dread the last ten minutes of relaxation).
Something online might motivate me to keep it up and I can skip the relaxation.

greyfriarskitty · 22/12/2017 14:30

I'm also redoing yoga revolution - have had a very busy second half of the year and have rather let my yoga practice (such as it was, more like half-arsed attempts) lapse. Don't think I will finish by Jan1 but it's still better than doing nothing.

Bobbiepin · 22/12/2017 14:40

I've signed up. Any idea if its actually possible with a tiny baby? Am I gonna have to jump on nap time?

Hockneypool · 23/12/2017 08:36

I’ve signed up for January too. I only made it to day 10 last year. So that’s my challenge. I may try a few warm up sessions in preparation while I’m off work.
Bobbiepin it should be ok with a small baby, think it depends how mobile they are? Will they be happy to watch you?

InfiniteSheldon · 23/12/2017 13:15

Oh that's great that's a few of us in for January and myself and Greyfriars will try and get as much of Revolution done as we can I'm doing day6 today which is the abs heavy one that should help me stay on track and off the chocolate. I really think the key is it doesn't matter if you miss a day just go back to it as soon as you can.
