Turned down for flexible working :-(

I am seriously pissed off. Not sure whether the reasons they are giving are valid, I have not actually been turned down yet but I know it is going to happen after today's meeting.

Anyone eg employment lawyer or similar with experience who I could CAT for a bit of advice? I suspect I don't have a leg to stand on but it seems very unfair.

TIA

Ah, good luck CD. That's great. Maybe someone at your old company will take note that if they don't accommodate people's needs... they can and do leave.

WideWebWitch · 18/02/2005 09:36

SOunds like you have landed on your feet!

CountessDracula · 18/02/2005 11:47

Wow they are being great! My boss agreed that it was much more suitable for me than working for them travelling about the place. HR head has been on phone saying how sad they will be to lose me, etc.

Awaiting final call to say I can do it!
