grievance outcome please explain this to me

I work in a toxic environment I have reported bullying and discrimination (disability) and the main outcome is worded as below:
Falsely making claims of bullying and discrimination towards members of the team. PARTIALLY UPHELD.
Where would you go from here please advise needed thanks.

You haven’t really cleared up peoples questions. Did you make a complaint that someone has falsely accused you or bullying and discrimination? If so they have found the complaint to be partially true. Or did you accuse someone of bullying and discrimination? If you did, it looks like the company have said you made false accusations, they have found you partially guilty of that. As per the wording in those findings of ‘false’. Get advice asap in case they try and sack you
