AO grade job interview (civil service)

I have been shortlisted for an AO grade job role as a Public Counter Passport Officer, and I have been informed that during the interview, I will be asked questions related to four key behaviors: making effective decisions, working together, delivering at pace, and managing a quality service.
I have already answered the question about making effective decisions in my application, keeping my response within the required 250-word limit. However, I'm uncertain about the types of questions I can expect for the remaining behaviors. I want to be fully prepared and give the best possible answers during my interview.
If anyone has any experience or insights related to this job role or similar positions, I would greatly appreciate your advice. What type of questions should I anticipate for the behaviors of working together, delivering at pace, and managing a quality service? Are there any specific examples or scenarios that could help me illustrate my skills and competencies in these areas?

Congrats on your interview!

Have you had a look at the Success Profiles? This shows what's expected of the grade you're interviewing for, so make sure that your examples give clear evidence of this.

Make sure you use the STAR format when you answer.

Questions will fit around the success profiles, so in my experience (also AO) were along the lines of 'Can you tell me about a time you had to work under pressure?' (delivering at pace), 'Can you tell me about a time you went above and beyond to help a team member?' (working together) etc.

There is a good thread with interview tips from existing civil servants:
