Who's up for helping to name a mobile bicycle mechanic business? Stupid ideas especially welcome.

Help!

DH runs a mobile bicycle mechanic business using the 'town name - bike repairs' as it's title. He wants to expand to cover a larger area (south devon) so wants to drop the town name. anyway, the van needs signage and we can't do that til we decide on the name.

Ideas so far are:
Bob the Bike
Virgo Velos (i've been informed that nobody knows what a velo is)

Whatever the name it will probably have a tag line stating exactly what he does.

Oh and the logo is likely to include a frog on a bike.

Who's feeling creative today? Please help. Thanks.

Going with the frog theme: Hop off, Hop on. Trying to think of something in the middle along the lines of 'hop offix, hop on fixed' as it reads as hop of it, hop on it fixed iyswim?

Just a note of caution from a SEO geek. If you want some of his business to come from online searches, (which should be an aim) you are better off with the Ronseal wood approach (although their naming is actually ironic as the name does not do what it says on the tin)...anyway

Big business can get away with a name that is a brand as they can afford a lot of marketing spend to describe what they do, e.g. Amazon, small business less so

I'd recommend googling all the above suggestions to see what comes up

You can get clever with strap lines, but for do company names I'd recommend something that includes bike repairs.

I was thinking from the SEO point of view that the name would be something like Dr Wheelgood (or whatever) - Cycle Repairs. That way you can have something grabby and searchable. Wouldn't that work?

Ig I was searching on google for a place to fix my bike - I doubt I would use the word mobile

puncture repair bike
wheel repair bike

I would be delighted if I found a mobile mechanic that would come to me and fix my puncture at work.

The council do have a mechanic in to look over bikes service etc whilst people are at work - this is the midlands.
