Mass lobby of parliament

The mass lobby of parliament by trans activists took place yesterday. Does anyone know if their MP took part? From what I've read, Nadia Whittome, Sian Berry and Carla Denyer were in attendance (no surprises there). Some of the photos were interesting...

Thank you. Molly was an eighteenth century term for a) a house where gay men could meet and b) (I think I've got it) also a term for a young man wearing women's clothes so that officials looking for gay clubs were deceived. He intends to deceive on all fronts, then. Eighteenth century gay men must be turning in their graves at this misuse of what they needed to do in order to conceal their same sex attraction. He should be ashamed. Does he ID as Lesbian, by any chance?

Brace yourself.

He’s in a polycule with 2 other men (there was a fourth man but he’s left and accusing one of the polycule of sexual assault IIRC) one being the fella on the right of the photo with Kirsty Blackman in that photo and they all claim to be women and lesbians.

I think I need to lie down with the smelling salts.

Deleted? FFS, what for?

I said very clearly I was talking about women and girls being silence wrt safeguarding!

Who would want us to stop talking about that?

'Coquettish and prim' is definitely a favourite look. You see lots of variations of it.

It's the movie cliche.

Ugly high school girl with glasses who no one knows. Suddenly gets noticed by the dashing heartthrob of the year. She takes off her glasses and has a make over and somehow she's the most gorgeous girl in the year and everyone goes wow.

The one on the left does look rather like they may have had some fashion inspiration from characters like Yomiko Readman; the glasses, clothing colours and style are very much giving anime librarian.

Be interesting to know how his sister dressed. It seems to me as if he is trying to replace her or be her in some twisted way.

I think Freud might have an explanation as to why they want to dress like their mothers.

Yes. Or their wives/exes. It's all pretty fucking creepy.

murasaki · 12/09/2026 13:33

With Sparkles i think it's clear it's his sister, and it's very sad.

Doesn't mean he's not an arsehat, though.

Imagine going back in a time machine 20/30 years, showing people that photo and telling them that in 2026, some people consider these men to be lesbians because it's er, progressive.

They’re huge, volatile, mentally ill men, who enjoy breaching societal boundaries

yup

as PPs point out, they may well be vulnerable, but they're also dangerous

The nappy fetish guy who claims to be a woman springs to mind. He clearly has issues, some of them stemming from his childhood, and he needs support with that. But he should be nowhere near a women's prison or shelter or any other single sex space.

It's totally messed up. I actually feel sometimes that I'm on a different planet (where logical and critical thinking does not exist).

I was out in Edinburgh at a bar with retro pin ball machines and a 90s type game vibe the other week and it was one of those places which had allowed patrons to put "cool" graffiti everywhere on the toilets. The way the student dives used to be when I was at uni, yet this place was more up market. Anyway I was reading all the graffiti whilst in the loo and noticed a lot of it was to do with sucking dick or loving dick and wanting a big dick inside them and all this sort of nonsense, which struck me as odd as the graffiti in the student toilets when I was that age definitely didn't have that, it was more female focussed (Marie and shelly bffs forever etc). It made me sad that so many young women are centring men these days even in our toilets! Then, I spotted a trans sticker and underneath it in big writing was "a trans woman peed here in this toilet and nobody died!".

And I thought, ah, this could explain all the dick love; might not even have been women writing it. Also, how so totally male, pissing where you shouldn't in order to "mark your territory", such a male thing to do, and then boast about it. What was depressing were all the love hearts and yay! writing beside it; young women just happily pandering to a creepy, boundary testing male. Ugh.

I didn't realise Royston Vasey was offering coach tours to Westminster.

RedToothBrush · 12/09/2026 17:55

A big reality check might be coming. All this shit will get very short shrift if it does.

volatile, mentally ill men, who enjoy breaching societal boundaries

Of course, it is verboten to say that men who call themselves women are mentally ill.

And also we are supposed to celebrate societal boundaries being breached, subverted, undermined, disrupted. It's 'progressive' to question social boundaries. Only prudes and pearl clutchers and bigots support social boundaries, is the narrative we've been fed.

Yet the most obvious and salient common characteristic of these men is that they are mentally disordered.

And the key point that women need to note is their deliberate and open breaching of societal boundaries.

And the key thing about societal boundaries is how they guard the weaker from the stronger.

A narrative has been created that states clearly that women must not try to raise the alarm, ask questions, or even trust their instincts when faced with men who are waving red flags. The narrative tells us that we are wrong, bad, and hateful for naming men as men, and naming disordered behaviour, and naming the power imbalance that favours men over women.

It's mindblowingly dangerous, what its done to women and girls.

We cannot discuss our fears, risks, safety, instincts, self preservation, or vulnerability, because we cannot name men and state that men's behaviour is wrong or risky or scary, so long as the men declare themselves 'trans'.

I'm not talking about this picture or these people, here. Far worse is the over arching grooming of girls and women to doubt their own instincts, suppress their wariness, overcome their unease, and silence their own doubts.

Thank you, MNHQ for reinstating my post. I don't think there's anything in here that merited a deletion.

(I emailed to ask).

Hedgehogforshort · 12/09/2026 22:52

I got deleted for saying something similar. Seemingly some at MNHQ have not got the memo yet.

we must start saying these things as part of the pushback

believing you are born in the wrong body, is not as it is now called dysphoria

we only have the one body and the mind is the body, it controls all of its functions.

better to mend the mind not stop puberty, or chop peoples bits off.

If Reform had the unions support would that be ok?
