Mass lobby of parliament

The mass lobby of parliament by trans activists took place yesterday. Does anyone know if their MP took part? From what I've read, Nadia Whittome, Sian Berry and Carla Denyer were in attendance (no surprises there). Some of the photos were interesting...

It's not working for him though. At all.

I prefer how pot noodle dresses to the ridiculous short swingy skirts and dresses two of the others are wearing. At least he dresses age-appropriate and modestly given the venue. You'd think someone like Kennedy would have more sense than to dress like a hooker for an occasion like this. Maybe he can't help himself.

Hedgehogforshort · 10/09/2026 23:50

I struggle to understand how people can say golly how vulnerable and at risk these poor people appear to be.

maybe I am missing something

ArabellaScott · 11/09/2026 07:56

Quite sure they are in some senses vulnerable and at risk.

From other men.

Doesn't mean that they are harmless.

At risk of people pointing and laughing?

It's just unbelievable how a female MP looks at these three absolute muppets who are clearly not well, creepy and volatile based on what they spout online (including threats of physical violence and death to women who disagree with them) and thinks "yep, photo opportunity to show how progressive and kind I am".

How does she square this in her own head? What sort of cognitive dissonance is going on for her not to immediately see what the rest of us see but ignore the Spidey senses (I'd definitely have my Spidey senses tingling around these three) and pose with them? Surely she must know what they've said and done in the past? Who they are associated with? I'm sure somebody discovered a connection with Pot Noodle and Bash Back, these people are dangerous.

I echo what @PriOn1 said above - I would not feel comfortable walking past them in the street never mind in an intimate space like a changing room or bathroom. Especially as their own online behaviour has shown they are prone to violent outbursts constantly. Kirsty is very, very deluded and frankly, utterly contemptible for going along with this.

Edit to say, also I'd just like to add that without any context, I showed my husband this photo and he jumped backwards in shock and went oh FFS! That was his immediate reaction (of horror) and he's a 6ft4 broad shouldered, robust man. He said he wouldn't like to come across them in real life never mind a woman!

Ereshkigalangcleg · 11/09/2026 10:11

It actually hurts to see these supposedly professional women, who’ve been elected to represent their constituency, utterly beclowning themselves to this extent. I don’t like them, but they’re worth more than that.

Veilsofmorning · 12/09/2026 07:51

I don’t think this lot would be in any danger using the men’s toilets- in fact, they’d probably rapidly have the place to themselves….

RedToothBrush · 10/09/2026 18:03

All these people free on a Wednesday to protest.

Amazing.

🤣🤣🤣 I laughed, thanks 🤣🤣🤣

Grammarnut · 12/09/2026 09:02

First photo is funny. How can I tell the transwomen from the woman? Sooo difficult. The transwomen look like a bad day at Transwomen Institute, too. The second photo is equally odd. Why are men dressing up as 1930s librarians, is it a new fetish? And it is so difficult to work out which are the men, no?

Euan has a certain distinctive style.

Is Euan the one wearing clothes from a 1950s jumble sale? Sorry, I don't know who he is (I live a sheltered life).

Euan Weddell aka Sophie Molly aka Sparkles aka Pot Noodle is the one on the left.

Edited

The women who go along with this are doing so because their primary value is to stay true to the imagined 'progressive' poitical doctrines and values of their tribe. There is no integrity in this, though, plus there is a whole lot of cognitve dissonance involved in suppressing your instinctive knowledge and your intuition in order to permit your ideological thinking to triumph.

Nobody really thinks these men are women.

The one on the left does look rather like they may have had some fashion inspiration from characters like Yomiko Readman; the glasses, clothing colours and style are very much giving anime librarian.

That's a seriously worrying photo. Looks like a schoolgirl. Waving their fetishes about again? And women support these loons?

'Coquettish and prim' is definitely a favourite look. You see lots of variations of it.

Its also.comforting to allow yourself to imagine you are the more powerful in a dynamic. Basking in the glow of your own benevolence and compassion is far more comfortable than acknowledging the instinctively wariness of a smaller woman faced with large, strange men deliberately subverting social norms.

These techy, odd, anti social guys are often into manga or other more sexually extreme Japanese cartoons and creations in which such images are standard fayre.

" How free minded and progressive I am not to flinch when surrounded by creepy guys just expressing themselves".

A bit like all of those people who professed to think Jimmy Saville was a totally wholesome charity worker and all round good guy, and not a skin crawling pervert at all.

They’re huge, volatile, mentally ill men, who enjoy breaching societal boundaries

yup

as PPs point out, they may well be vulnerable, but they're also dangerous

At this point, yes, this really is the overwhelming public image they have created and validated. More or less daily.

ArabellaScott · 12/09/2026 10:20

Of course, it is verboten to say that men who call themselves women are mentally ill.

And also we are supposed to celebrate societal boundaries being breached, subverted, undermined, disrupted. It's 'progressive' to question social boundaries. Only prudes and pearl clutchers and bigots support social boundaries, is the narrative we've been fed.

Yet the most obvious and salient common characteristic of these men is that they are mentally disordered.

And the key point that women need to note is their deliberate and open breaching of societal boundaries.

And the key thing about societal boundaries is how they guard the weaker from the stronger.

A narrative has been created that states clearly that women must not try to raise the alarm, ask questions, or even trust their instincts when faced with men who are waving red flags. The narrative tells us that we are wrong, bad, and hateful for naming men as men, and naming disordered behaviour, and naming the power imbalance that favours men over women.

It's mindblowingly dangerous, what its done to women and girls.

We cannot discuss our fears, risks, safety, instincts, self preservation, or vulnerability, because we cannot name men and state that men's behaviour is wrong or risky or scary, so long as the men declare themselves 'trans'.

I'm not talking about this picture or these people, here. Far worse is the over arching grooming of girls and women to doubt their own instincts, suppress their wariness, overcome their unease, and silence their own doubts.

Thank you. Molly was an eighteenth century term for a) a house where gay men could meet and b) (I think I've got it) also a term for a young man wearing women's clothes so that officials looking for gay clubs were deceived. He intends to deceive on all fronts, then. Eighteenth century gay men must be turning in their graves at this misuse of what they needed to do in order to conceal their same sex attraction. He should be ashamed. Does he ID as Lesbian, by any chance?

AlexaAdventuress · 12/09/2026 10:58

If they are in receipt of hostility from other men, this may not solely be because of a wig or a flash of faux leopard print, but perhaps because the other men see them as creepy and predatory too!
