Tempest (a TW) is claiming discrimination, harassment and/or victimisation on grounds of gender reassignment. Central to the claim is the existence of the Sex Equality and Equity Network in the Civil Service (SEEN). SEEN has been granted right to intervene. Parts of the original claim against the co-chair of SEEN (Elspeth Duemmer-Wrigley) and another party (Andreas Mueller) were struck out or narrowed. Another claimant, PQ, is no longer part of the case.

Please note that Elspeth still has a garden in need of seeds and water to support the ability of SEEN to be an intervenor in this case. The claim originated because she said "only women menstruate" and a search with her name and those terms at the usual gardening website should point you to her plot.

I understand tough questioning, but HH does seem to be saying a lot of things that seem to be untrue. Also attributing remarks to NB that are made up. And blinkin’ heck, she’s not half getting indulged with time to go on and on with drivel which has no evidence base.

the questions from HH appear to have mainly been:
’why won’t you accept ST’s feeling are more important than silly little things like the law or the dignity and safety of women? Why? Why? Are you seriously saying you focused on actual HR and legal concepts rather than ST’s feelings? What is wrong with you why can’t you be more like the lovely JH?’

Even if he sits next to ST, as long as he is respectful of ST at work, why is this a problem?

I agree that those AM posts were inappropriate - well maybe not the men can't be lesbians one, but 'fools' 'clowns' 'cancer' - yeah inappropriate in a workplace I think, and he should've been told to cool it - like MN do with us .
But that doesn't mean shut everybody up just because AM was... 'intemperate' in his mode of expression.

Yes, that’s right. As NB points out, HH isn’t being entirely clear on that and she keeps flipping between Yammer and personal social media.
