The question, in their heads, will be do you know what toilets to use, and everyone else too, or are you a transphobic bigot who wishes trans people were dead.
Everyone knows what sex they are. They also know what sex everyone else is, they're just frightened to say it.
In terms of leadership qualities tho, it's barely one level above not understanding what biological sex even is.
