One of them is telling porkies, and I’ve a pretty good idea which one it is.

Fabulous. It’s always irritated me how they wanted JKR on to harangue. Of course it’s the world-famous author who rarely does interviews they want, not the mere “ordinary” women who did the hard yards working for free.

Yep. I bet she gets it all the live long bloody day.

I have to say, I do think it would be somewhat tricky space to live in.

People wanting you, all the time, for all sorts of different reasons. Some of them really awful.

Hard to remain grounded. And I think she makes a good fist of it.

And that amount of money and influence is one thing, but having the articulation and insight to be able burn willy-nilly, is quite another.

it's almost metaphysical. I wonder if it's no coincidence that she had to write about witchcraft ✨

He’s beyond embarrassing isn’t he.
I’ve been reading about him saying that he identifies with Gandhi and Martin Luther King. I wondered why some people were calling him Gender Gandhi!
And I probably shouldn’t have laughed as much as I did at the last tweet in the screen shot attached!

Genius !

Step aside wannabes.

I did F.L.A.M.E.S and JKR and I got 82% 'F'

The gold standard for friendship.

Believe it or not, he's claiming that the GLP's embarrassing failed challenge contained such incisive legal analysis that Bridget Phillipson demanded revisions from the EHRC, which is the reason the EHRC has offered a revised version.

Absolute cargo cult thinking, assuming it's not a deliberate and cynical lie.

Further legal analysis reveals flaws in regulator’s draft guidance, which has now been revised and will be presented to parliament in May

TRAs might be uninformed and blind, but they're not all bloody stupid.

They're so going to see his spin.

I'm sure that you have evidence to support the claim that they've not all bloody stupid.

Name one that isn't bloody stupid?

Just messing but it is a pretty brave statement.

Well yes, I was trying to think of a word that was like stupid but wasn't stupid 😁

Well, the people who quietly undermined women’s rights and for quite a long time enforced ‘no debate’ (remember, the stealth was deliberate strategy) weren’t stupid in their tactics.

I honestly think he and his family have been driven insane by the trans issue.

Did you see last year his wife - who goes by at least three different names now - say she might one day get challenged in a changing room for looking male because she has short hair (in April, following the SC ruling)? Then she deleted the post. Then a month later (in May) Jolyon said she'd just be challenged in a changing room for looking male. And then three months later she said was challenged in a changing room the previous month (in July) for looking male.

Absolutely none of it is true but they've gone mad with lying and IMO have lost touch with reality - in the way many trans activists seem to.

I think people like this genuinely believe they are being wronged by disbelief despite the thing being disbelieved not actually being, y'know, true.

I think the - well, not logical, but emotional chain of reasoning is something like:

This thing could have happened. It didn't, but it could have. So my story of a thing that didn't happen but could have still counts as proof it can happen. And not believing my lie that I suffered a thing is morally the same as not believing an actual victim of the thing. Are you monsters happy now? Are you proud that you have caused a thing that we warned you would happen but didn't actually happen but could have to theoretically actually happen?
