So my teenage daughter works in a well known clothes store, she routinely has to deal with difficult customers but has just come home very upset.

Apparently a shirtless male walked into the store (there is no security guard) and took a pile of clothes into the changing room. He was in there for some time and then came out, still shirtless, and handed my daughter the pile pf clothes which were all tangled together in a bundle, said he didn't want anything, and walked out of the store.

Upon straightening out the items for re-hanging, my daughter found that he had ejaculated all over a pair of boxer shorts.
My daughter is horrified. She alerted to store manager who said he will "deal with it" but nothing else was done and the police were not called.

I have just found out that a few weeks ago another man was "escorted" out of the store after being found wanking in the changing room. They are not sure if this is the same person or not.

I am so infuriated that he very probably handed the clothes to my daughter as part of the whole fetish, involving an innocent kid in his depravity.

I am so fed up of entitled, depraved male lunatics enforcing themselves on women. Not sure why I'm posting here but just very very sad and upset for her and also angry at the manager ( a male) who will probably do nothing.

I read on from the news report you linked to, about the doctor who gave women cups of coffee he’d put his semen in, and found he’d got off with a 12-month community sentence!

Surely contaminating a drink, and in such a disgusting way, is equivalent to an assault?

And he wasn’t even struck off till two years later.

I'm not comfortable sharing the particular store. I'm going to give the manager a chance to address it with the police and see what happens.
I know my daughter is absolutely mortified just now and it will take some serious convincing to get her to file any sort of complaint with either the police or head office, and I'm not going to go over her head at this point right now - going to see what the manager does.
She is already quite an anxious young person and frankly it took a lot of guts for her to apply for this job and make new friends there, deal with the public etc.

And I know that the issue isn't that OP isn't complaining about it correctly. It's that numerous men feel entitled to do this.

I have every sympathy with her anxiety about this but sometimes the best way to reduce anxiety is to find whoever's causing it & (metaphorically) kick them in the balls.
It's really remarkable how much better one feels when, to quote the heroic Madame Pélicot, shame changes sides.

This behaviour happening in stores has been reported on here for years.
Marks and Spencers lingerie department features heavily since they encouraged male customers to use whatever changing room they like.
The culprits put the soiled knickers back on display. Ugh.

This is a serious incident and I m very sorry for your daughter. I understand your anger.
It must be definitely escalated, especially if this is possibly the second time that this sort of incident has happened (more details about the other incident should be collected)
A copy of the store policy should be obtained to check how and in which ways the management bear responsibility towards employees' safety.
CCTV footage should be examined especially if there is not security staff (not even at the weekends?). I'm not sure at which point police should be involved, but definitely at the point you have gathered lots of information and have a response from the management. Keep all the exchanges in writing as much as possible. Please keep us posted. All the best to your daughter.

I used to work at Mothercare in a big city back in the day and the things men used to get up to were horrific. I was only 16 but I'd say it's when my hatred of men started.

I wouldn't trust the store manager to "deal with it".
He might not grasp the seriousness of this, to your daughter specifically and to women in general.
I imagine he's got a lot on his plate what with all the shoplifting and everything, but this mustn't be brushed under the carpet as "just one of those things".

I was talking to my gay male friend a couple of days ago about men's behaviour.
He's spent a lot of time in therapy and works on himself a lot and decided to be celibate some years ago.
He said women will never know what its like to live in a male body and the effects of testosterone on it. Its like a constant wild beast to get under control.
Most men do control it but a large amount dont and resort to this kind of behaviour.
I felt quite shaken by his revelation because I can see it in the men around me.
He also said most straight men actually hate women and resent them. They hate them even more when ghey dont get what they want.
We are the best of friends but this is largely why my male friends are gay. I dont feel comfortable with straight men any more.
