I'm sure the delicate flower was just broadening the bandwidth of being a woman by showing that women are vile, violent rapists too.

I have cable ties and duct tape, ready when you are.

I’ll buy some fast setting cement for decoration on top.

Maybe a bench so people can stop for a sit down…. This plan is coming together nicely.

Those awful terfs misgendering poor, poor, vulnerable Serenity (Serenity ?)

Mylovelygreendress · 08/02/2026 10:43

According to DH there are thousands of disused wells in Scotland . I have to say he looked a bit nervous when I asked him !!

RoyalCorgi · 08/02/2026 10:57

He will go to a men's prison. The reason, as we've just found out in the FWS v Scottish govt case, is that in Scotland, a man who has assaulted women will go to a men's prison, whereas a man who has "only" assaulted or killed men will go to a women's prison, on the basis that he isn't a threat to women.

Yes, they really are that stupid.

The Scottish government are astoundingly stupid. Still, 'serenity' will be another one for me to highlight as an example to the SNP canvassers when they come to my door trying to get me to vote for them. I'll take great pleasure in telling them my DH is no longer a member, I will no longer vote for them and here is why.

Serenity indeed, absolute creep. I'm so sorry for those poor girls.

guinnessguzzler · 08/02/2026 11:26

The difficulty is @INeedAPensieve that when the SNP come to the door, where do you start and where does it end? They'd be on my front steps for a week at least if I could be bothered.

Ha yes true I'll need to try and give them a succinct summary that doesn't take the whole week! It's utterly ridiculous. And also depressing that so many people in Scotland just DO NOT CARE how much they've fucked up and continue to vote for them because, y'know, independence and all that...🙄

EdithStourton · 08/02/2026 11:52

Years and years ago, many of said that the whole trans thing was going to create the most enormous loophole, through which every pervert in the country would swiftly trot. Access to kids. Access to vulnerable women.

And we were either ignored (hello, LibDems, you spineless bastards!) or told we were nasty meanies.

It took a bloody court case to state the fucking obvious, and make it clear that men should never be in women's prisons. How did we reach that place? Is the entire leadership of the SNP composed of virtue-signalling idiots?

deadpan · 08/02/2026 12:19

They literally cannot stop themselves. Which is why they are such a danger. Although there is a definite question as to whether if they had the right intervention sooner (ie recognition of their fetishes and where they might lead instead of being actively supported to escalate), would they still go on to commit these awful crimes? Someone said on another thread that over 2/3 of transwomen in Scottish prisons are there for sexual offences. That's obviously significantly more than the proportion of women there for those types of crimes but I suspect also more than the other men? Where is the research on this? Why are we not seeing these patterns at a societal scale? The TRA lobby have been so strong that even writing this until a few years ago would have been immediately removed. Again, huge thanks to the photographer of the pink leggings, which represented a real turning point in Scotland. We're making progress and the public get it, but they always have, they just weren't allowed to say it for about ten years! But now we need to see real research demonstrating that in many cases this is a fetish and a precursor to exceptionally problematic behaviour.

I think they can stop themselves when faced with big blokes who are stronger than they are that get in the way. Which is why they want into women's spaces, where they'll be the strongest and can indulge their fetish without any negative immediate (punch in the face) consequences.

I think you're right about society and institutions indulging their fetish and allowing escalation. I hope (but don't necessarily expect) that one day we'll see a court case where institutions like the NHS, SPS and others get taken to court for indulging these men's fetish to the point they escalate to extreme harm. The prison service is the most likely example where this could happen. But unfortunately they're so good at covering up their crimes and human rights abuses against women in their care - remember SPS tried to suppress the woman prisoner's evidence of harm and sexual harassment from a man in her prison (and will she ever receive any justice for that harassment? No) - that it'll probably take a woman dying for anything to change. Which is why FWS are such awesome women because if they win that's almost certainly what they'll stop happening.

Just like Wayne Couzens - if he'd been arrested and prosecuted for indecent exposure shortly before he kidnapped and killed Sarah Everard then he probably could not have killed her.

If institutions or services let them get away with minor transgressions such as indecent exposure - which allowing men into women's spaces does - they are paving the way for escalation.

It's a shame that no private sector company has yet been sued for the TIMs who've committed crimes in their 'women's' (but really mixed sex by stealth) spaces - like Morrisons where Dolatowski attacked a child. The problem is obviously that child and her family don't want to bring a court case as she'll already be extremely traumatised. There should be some way to bring a public interest lawsuit really.

The rest of us can provide a watertight alibi.

womendeserveequalhumanrights · 08/02/2026 12:46

It seems blatantly obvious to me that a win in law should be possible on deceit grounds against private companies. If you're a woman or girl who uses a space labelled 'women's' and encounter 6ft5 male paedophile Dolatowski you've been misled to remove your ability to safeguard yourself / your children. Your choice to not enter a space where a male may be present is removed by deceit in the advertising for that space. Whether or not harm actually occurs resulting in a criminal prosecution (and how rare is it for indecent exposure cases to even be brought these days?).

I agree but part of the problem with conducting that research is the mess the criminal justice systems made of recordng offenders' sex both in Scotland & in England & Wales. It is hard to get hold of properly disaggregated data for at least some of the last several years.

A second problem & one too often overlooked, is the godawful state of our research funding bodies, who seem utterly in thrall to the T & the Q.

Excellent reasoning thank you.

Also, 'indecent exosure' by males is more accurately described as 'pre-rape'. We can make a difference ourselves, free, simply by using the words.

Including, of course, refusing to use the fetish-cult invented language, for example a biological realist is not 'gender critical'

And, nobody can be 'anti-trans': There can be no such thing as 'trans': Nobody can be 'trans'; because nobody can change sex, (as confirmed by Supreme Court). Therefore, nobody can 'transition' from one sex to another.

A fox in a chicken costume, even with an implanted beak, or even with an absurd piece of paper asserting he has 'changed species', must never be allowed into the hen-run.

womendeserveequalhumanrights · 08/02/2026 15:00

Agree yes, I've been using 'sex realist' for a while but 'biological realist' is perhaps better. I also like 'pre-rape' for indecent exposure.
