Have not read the article. From the photo above nobody with two brain cells to rub together could be in any doubt that that is a man wearing a skirt. So what! I am Scottish. I am used to seeing men wearing garments that fasten round the middle and don't have legs. It doesn't make them women. I myself am wearing trousers today, as I do most days, I have short hair, I only wear flat shoes and I never wear make up. To state the blindingly obvious, none of this makes me a man.
How we ever got to the point where men like this could say 'I identify as a woman' and not be referred for mental health treatment is still utterly baffling to me.
(Incidentally, he's 28? That was a hard paper round. Are we sure he doesn't just identify as 28 too?}
