The hearing is at a hotel, not the tribunal buildings in the new town. It’s the leonardo’s at clermiston on the north west of town.

To be fair to the police, for once, they refused to prosecute, so the drag queen/teacher has gone after Anne in her professional capacity. So it's a Fitness to Practice case

That’s an interesting school. (2023 figures)

No students in any of the 20% most deprived areas in Scotland.
18.5% of students on free school meals (seems very low, looking at figures in table 3)

and yet the school reported that 70.4% of students had additional support needs.

I was about to wade in and defend him on the basis of him being one of the good guys (looking out for colleagues who were being sexually harassed) whose brains have been mysteriously addled by trans ideology. Until I realised that in 2018 he decided not to report the harasser to GTCS, because it wasn't his place to out him by revealing his sexual orientation 🤔 .

But pursuing some old anonymous tweets and likes in the hope of ending someone's career is definitely worthwhile is it? Priorities?

Good for him if he did get around to reporting the harasser - I can't see an upcoming hearing on the GTCS website yet.

That was my take as well. Protecting another powerful gay man who sexually harasses a young teacher while seeking out the identity of a woman in order to persecute her via her profession for wrong think.

C - Both counsel indicate happy. We received admission there no case to answer yesterday. We have considered and we thank both counsel for apps. We applied Galbraith test. The panel detailed we will set out in relation to that test.
