a psychologist is defending herself against charges of bringing her profession into disrepute because a teacher at her school complained that he didn’t like her anonymous tweets. Tribunal tweets is covering it.

the man who complained requested a screen so he did not have to look at the woman he is trying to have struck off.

Oh, and he’s a drag queen.

This is very confusing - so the male headteacher of a tiny rural school is a drag queen and complained about a psychologist posting on twitter/X under a pseudonym but not about him? Or did he just make it all up out of malice after she highlighted his inappropriate social media comments?

I hope she sues the highland council.

@MelOfTheRoses I've seen the statement on X via @ Woodmoose and @ GussieGrips it's gob-smacking. Probably what I understand as vexatious which is awful in so many ways. But what creeps me out is the comment about him trying to follow her 15 year old daughter on TikTok :(

I find it concerning that this man is the head of a school. Is it mixed sex? He takes the piss out of women for a hobby, for goodness sakes.

he's got posts about a difficult week this week and his having a stammer and posts about the TIDE project in school. Not many likes so don't know who he's playing to if he doesn't have a particularly large following...

I don't understand why he's not guilty of gross misconduct and why she can't sue the Highland Council for the obvious harm they've caused her. But I'm very happy she's had it thrown out.

What happened in between 2011 and 2013? Also between 2016 and 2018?

Let me see if I understand this wild case correctly: a male headmaster, with a inherently misogynistic and, I would argue, highly inappropriate sideline, stalked and bullied a woman/parent? He ignored safeguarding issues related to another male teacher but hounded this woman for having views he disagreed with. He then tried to engage with the bullied woman's daughter on social media? And her professional conduct, was bought into question? You couldn't make it up. I do hope it comes back to haunt him. He sounds extremely dishonest and deeply unprofessional.

If I'm reading this correctly he felt it was not necessary to report a man who harassed him and others via LinkedIn as it would have outed that man.

Having read Anne’s statement I’m in awe of her. Here’s hoping she’s on here. So brave. Like you I initially couldn’t understand this thread and what happened to her. It’s actually surreal the power this man deliberately wielded against her by using “the process is the punishment” bible. Carefully, ever so carefully painting himself as the victim. BUT the institutions that went along with this are also culpable. They need to stand up to obvious bullies and gamers.

You forgot to mention he used confidential information, gained through his employer, to stalk her. How is there not a case to be made against him?
