The ads promoted Eddie Izzard. He appeared as Susie Izzard. Host played along nicely because of course he had too because we have ridiculous, non-reality based, discrimination laws.

I did find it funny when at the end Izzard promoted his website for ticket bookings and had to say Eddie Izzard, not Susie Izzard.

Show was Sam Pang Tonight on Channel 10 in Australia.

I used to love Eddie Izzard before his apparent break away from reality. It (not sure correct pronoun) has lost the plot and is an insult to all women.

Eddie Izzard was always alright. He said before that he doesn't mind which name or pronouns people use for him, and you can't make a mistake with him. I've always known him as Eddie Izzard, a funny guy who runs a lot of marathons. I don't know what he's up to these days

The correct pronoun is "he"

He never said he was an actual woman at all. He's an old school transvestite. He doesn't ask to be called she or Susie only.

Maybe read his book or check out the Bill Maher interview. He tells that "hilarious' story of being caught undressing, by 2 teenage girls, in a ladies toilet and being chased out, then makes out that he was the victim.

So why does he throw tantrums in the women's toilet when teenage girls identify him as a man?

I used to admire him for doing his own thing , dress and make up etc. Can't say I ever found him very funny.
