It does indeed. One v eminent silk got absolutely pasted for allowing her chambers to circulate a press release about a case that went out fractionally before judgment was handed down. Hugely embarrassing for her.
Allison may not be in practice any more but there's no way she would give the wink beforehand.

I'm wondering about a plausible deniability issue, but I don't want to drop anyone in the shit, so I shall keep schtum.

Any ideas what sort of time we might hear? Annoyingly, actually have to do some work today...

I've been following Allison's case for years and am so grateful to her for putting herself through this ordeal. If she wins it will benefit so many women.

I feel that a completely unconnected post of you just sharing your feelings in general with a happy or sad face would be ok. 🤓

Waiting is horrible for us - must have been so much worse for Allison.
Whatever happens, I'm grateful that she took the fight to Stonewall.

There are now two 18th Dec judgments published on here https://caselaw.nationalarchives.gov.uk/ but neither of them Allison's.

They've found some AI slop in the judgement and are scrambling...

I am sorry to announce that I have lost my appeal against Stonewall in the Court of Appeal. Judgment was handed down this morning (18 December 2025). A link to the judgment will be posted shortly. Certain aspects of the judgment and its reasoning are surprising and very concerning. I will need to review it in detail with my legal team before saying more. I intend to share an update, including next steps, after the Christmas break. In the meantime, please don’t lose heart. I certainly haven’t. I remain profoundly grateful for the support, kindness, and encouragement so many of you have shown me over the past six years in my pursuit of justice.
