Yep.

I note the other post on here just now looking at the Eunuch Maker and castration, including BIDD. Looking at WPATH's standards of care, v 8, which include 'eunuch' as an identity and recommend castration as a possible solution. And noting that Nottingham NHS trans clinic still links to those SoC.

I know, the NHS trust for the transgender clinic is one that I audited a few months back and it is at the extreme end of of a very captured spectrum. I was watching the Beyond Gender podcast linked here yesterday and it covers similar ground in much more detail.

Thanks for sharing. The letter is good and so are his other articles. Recommended if only for his preferred terminology:
"Neovagina" becomes "Deep surgical wound lined with skin"
"Neophallus" becomes "Skin and fat flap mound"
Is it funny? Is it mind-boggling? Is it alarming? Yes.
