It is really frustrating hearing the judges use all the gender bollocks language as if it is fact.

I guess the broken staple was a get out of jail comment because she is in real difficulties with the perception and comparator questions.

So what happens if the judges end up saying the SG interpretation is correct, but that the legislation is shit? Does it have to be changed, or can it just be ignored?

I was very glad to hear one of the judges raising the fact that there’s a comparatively tiny number of people with GRCs (the figure was helpfully given out by the KC earlier) but that there are many, many more who don’t have one.

To which she said ‘they aren’t women’ (!!!)

That’ll go down a storm 🤔

I hope all those pesky questions that needed to be looked at during lunch don't get forgotten about.

Can the judges look over a recording/transcript later and call back KCs to grill them on points they promised to deal with "after lunch" but did not?

I hope so, it all needs examining

If the judges are having real difficulty with this, how do they think the rest of the country are going to get their heads round it too?

Just managed to tune in a few minutes ago. Barrister for SG was saying her stapler had let her down. I thought I must have tuned in to my local primary school, not the Supreme Court, by mistake.

This really is such a maddening mantra:

"Women do not need to prove they are women."

They never had to when they were excluded from society across numerous areas, so that justifies giving a man a certificate which no one can ask for/see, that capitulates women's boundaries for his demands.

Men can't prove they're women so this helps justify bypassing any requirement to explain the 6ft2 bloke in the female changing room/hospital ward/prison wing/sport, wide a side of 'only bigots question' for kicks.
