She also admitted that trans rights activists with no medical training, some of whom have already denounced aspects of Dr Cass’s findings, could be given a formal role as part of a Scottish Government “review” of the work.

FFS 🙈

They just need to keep talking. They show their adherence to ideology whenever they speak!

philosoppee · 15/04/2024 21:26

Save our country. Get them out. The SNP are ruining us.

AtrociousCircumstance · 15/04/2024 21:26

The corruption of the SNP is shocking. Anti science, anti child safety. Horrific.

Arewethebadguys · 15/04/2024 21:28

The sooner they go the better. Utter madness

IcakethereforeIam · 15/04/2024 21:30

They're utterly shameless, the SNP and the Greens.

Boiledbeetle · 15/04/2024 21:35

You know it'd they get re-elected I've got room for two Scottish asylum seekers if it comes to it (I'd have to buy bunk beds mind) but you'd need to bring your own spurtles and merkins. I've also got room for three small pet haggis in the shed.

Theres a general election coming. Lets see how quickly minds can be changed.

I call shotgun on the top bunk.

We need the SNP out. There is so much damage to undo it'll take years to ever get back to some sort of normal here.

Hoardasurass · 15/04/2024 22:08

Well I hope that when the law suits start someone sues the Scottish government along with nhs Scotland, I will happily donate to that crowd funder

Hoardasauruskaren · 15/04/2024 22:13

Who is going to replace the SNP though? Do we want the Tories in charge of HR ? And Labour aren’t much better than SNP! This country is an absolute mess and I don’t see anyone capable of changing that. We have no good leaders in Scotland now!

MidgeGreensteet · 15/04/2024 22:32

It's almost as if they want to make themselves completely unelectable.

Is it possible that you have aquired more devolution than the politicians of Scotland can actually manage?

Well that seems to be the case as the current lot have made a right shambles of it!
Social problems and deprivation grow every year while this shower of shite ponce around making bad laws that are struck down by WM / SC, repealed or are unworkable!

So sad about how much my country has deteriorated and it was far from perfect before ! Movings not an option but if it was we would seriously consider it !

They just need to keep talking. They show their adherence to ideology whenever they speak!

The unpopular policy of putting rapists who said they were women into women's prisons played a big part in bringing.Sturgeon down. You'd think the SNP would have learned from that. But no. Trans activists who were part of the horror show at the Tavistock are to come to Scotland to advise the government? Are the SNP mad?
I know they don't have any polices -.they prefer to automatically oppose Westminster in anything it does but surely they will not adopt the opposing view when children's health and future are at stake?

Very true. Sadly.

SammyScrounge · 16/04/2024 09:22

I keep thinking of the Tory MP who is stepping down from parliament this year. Tom Walker? Anyway, when asked why he was going he replied that he was tired of working with mediocrities.
You don't know how lucky you are that your MPs even reach the mediocrity standard. Scottish MPs can only dream of being that good.

ArabellaScott · 16/04/2024 09:37

Shame on every one of them.

I hope not.
I want them to stay just as they are so the voters can pronounce their judgement. Best all around to kill the SNP stone dead as a party than a lingering death stinking the place up. Then the inevitable clueless, "How could we possibly have known?" searching for a soul.

lifeinthelastlane · 16/04/2024 10:30

Who do we vote for? Lib Dem's think much the same. Green obviously. The Alba guy speaking in the debate last night was really good, but they're too small. Still unclear where Labour stand.

SinnerBoy · 16/04/2024 10:35

Maree Todd also insisted Scottish clinicians prescribing controversial drugs such as puberty blockers were following “very high standards”.

How on Earth, in the face of the Cass Report, can she claim that? Is she living in an alternative universe?

lechiffre55 · 16/04/2024 10:50

I see Abla as taking on the nationalist role SNP pretended to occupy while shopping for campervans.
The too small to vote for is sort of self fulfilling, which came first chicken egg syndrome. Each person who does vote for them makes it easier for the next person to vote for them next time.

Skyellaskerry · 16/04/2024 10:59

@lechiffre55 yes you’re right. But I couldn’t vote for a party whose main aim is nationalist. Sick of all the money and time wasted in Scotland on this when there’s so many more urgent issues affecting people day by day. Though I respect people like Ash.

RedToothBrush · 16/04/2024 11:04

The insurance bill for Sandyford is an interesting question.
