The vibe on social media this evening, from some who may have learned about the outcome early while it's still embargoed, doesn't seem very positive. Hoping for a good ruling for LGBA nonetheless.

10am today apparently! Should be interesting to see if they actually are the charity they say or a front group from Tufton Street not actually doing any charity work for LGB people....which some people suggest.

Well maybe if homophobes stop targeting them and making them waste their donations on defending themselves in court, they can concentrate on what they actually want to do which is to work to improve life for LGB people.

Wonderful news, a victory for common sense. Mind you LGB alliance should never have had to go through all this. I hope Mermaids claim is deemed vexatious by the court.

Seriously, is this how it's gonna be? Are court cases gonna have to be fought forever, or are watertight legal precedents gonna result from all these, so even the most TRA lawyers will tell their clients they can't discriminate GCs?

Is any leader, any political party gonna say, enough is enough, the legal verdicts are all coming in, and one after another, they're finding in favour of biological sex reality and against gender ideology fiction.
