Good! Common-sense wins.

So the latest publicity for mermaids is a vindictive failed court case, resignation of trustee due to inappropriate behaviour and investigation by charity commission. It's going well.

If it was a sinking building, you'd condemn it and pull it down.

If it was an injured animal, you'd put it out of its misery.

If you're a failing charity, you'd...lavish it with positive Tweets, and fight tooth and nail to condemn the "other" charity...as 99.9% of our thespians and artists are wont to do.

The judgement was over an appeal against the Charity Comission's decision to register the LGBA organisation as a charity.
