I'm sorry but they lost their case. The judge said it was up to the sorority, as a private club, to decide who was or wasn't eligible. He didn't seem to address the vote coercion allegations and explicitly said he would not engage with the question "what is a woman?" 😞

I know Zelda. I posted the video as it was only released on YouTube yesterday, and the channel is long established with a huge following.
TG presents a factual and wry breakdown of the case and an unequivocal opinion on the outcome- and I'm not sure he has weighed in so strongly if much on this area previously.
The comments are all either shocked about the outcome of the case, or express graitude and relief for TG covering it. The fact the outcome is so outrageous, I think indicates that this particular case could be the sunlight and shift needed in the US. Similar to the Bryson case here.
Lots of suggestions in the comments for him to cover other cases such as Bryson and Yaniv.

The fact that the video comes from someone respected as objective and outside of the debate feels hopeful to me.

Ah, apologies, my bad. The whole thing is awful - imo stage managed to demonstrate how "progressive" and "inclusive" they are despite the impact on the women or transwoman involved.

And proving that women are no longer allowed to have anything for themselves.

I agree, it is awful. But so awful, I think it's another line crossed, so far, that its got the attention of a wider group of people.
