Any kind of dress code would be subject to discrimination claims. So teachers can wear what they like at this school. How are there not safeguarding issues here?

Appalling. If a TW teacher wants to wear a dress that's absolutely fine, but this is getting children to participate in their fetish. They should be sent home and asked to get different breasts for work days. They need to show respect to the children they teach and the colleagues they work with.

So what do people wear when they work in hospitals, on building sites, McDonald's in Canada? Surely uniforms, dress codes and health and safety apply in those work places without people suing their employer.

He was accused of toxic masculinity in his classes and not embracing woke culture by talking about how stupid gender neutral toilets were.

He was called in and almost sacked unless he changed his ways.

Thats when he tuned up to school dressed like this to show how ridiculous the woke culture has become.

Isn't there a background to this story though? I read that the teacher in question was doing it as a response to a threatened disciplinary over an accusation he has been transphobic the previous year, that the whole thing is a big fuck you to the school administration. Don't know how true that is though, but a lot of people seem to think it's an enormous troll.

As I understood it, the trolling theory was posted on a message board somewhere without any evidence and loads of people picked it up because it matched how they wanted to view this ridiculous situation.

The trolling theory might be true but I'll wait till I see some evidence. When it comes to gender identity ideology, the shortcut of "so ridiculous it cannot be true" often doesn't work.

The trolling theory is ridiculous. No man is going to show up to work dressed like that unless he’s got a humiliation fetish. Besides, there’s video of him dressed that way while he’s not at work; wearing the fetish gear to work appears be a recent escalation.
